  To Book with us:
  The following payment options are available in order to confirm your booking with us:
  Option A:
  We require a 30% deposit of the total booking price to confirm your booking;
  The balance payment (70% of the total confirmed booking price) is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday arrival date;
  Option B:
  We require a 40% deposit of the total booking price to confirm your booking;
  The balance payment (60% of the total confirmed booking price) is due on arrival;
  All payments are in Euro.
  
  Please note:
  Special prices are valid for new bookings only and are applicable to the weeks with Special Offer indicated.

  Prices for unsold weeks can be changed at the owner’s discretion.
  
• Included in the accommodation rate:
  
  Rental of the villa for the booked period;
  Maid service from 1 time per week;
  Change of towels twice a week (once mid-week and once on the end of one week) and linen once a week (on the end of a week);
  Costs of water, electricity, gas, pool and garden maintenance.
• Not included but available against extra payment:
  
  Air Conditioning (when applicable): €15/day - on request;
  Cots (0 - 2 years old): €30/week;
  High chairs: €30/week;
  Food pack: €30 unit (for up to 6 people);
  WiFi on request at €10/week
  Airport Transfers (please check our website for the Airport Transfer Rates).
