We fell in love with Kona immediately. We found this home and knew it would be a wonderful place to share with friends and family.

Private swimming pool and spa and 180 degree views, spectacular sunsets, 2 minute walk to Honls Beach for surfing and snorkeling or a picnic lunch and a short walk to Historic downtown Kailua-Kona. This home is right in front of the Ironman turn-around buoy where spinner dolphins often congregate. You will see whales in season and many other ocean species. Comfortable Hawaiian living at it's best! All 3 upstairs bedrooms have a lanai with great views. The tradewinds flow through this house beautifully.

A perfect place to stay

Staying here is like staying at a friend's vacation home- It does not feel like a rental but as if a friend provided you all the comforts of home. The house is immaculately clean, beds and furniture comfortable, rooms are large and nicely appointed, and the kitchen is fully stocked with any pan or utensil you may need. When Chris ( the local contact) offered us a Bluetooth music player we fell hard. Sunsets drinks with our music playing (loudly) set the tone for a perfect vacation.

The there is the view! I can't imagine a better location- breathtaking view, gorgeous sunsets, and an easy walk to town, yet surprisingly private. We loved the pool and spa,and felt so lucky to have found Mark and his perfect house.

If you go to Kona rent this house. It is a bargain. Go to Sunlight on the water and swim with dolphins. Buy bread at the restaurant behind the bubba gump restaurant. Buy fresh fruit and produce at the outdoor market, and drive to the eat me fish company for their daily catch and go home and cook it. We had an amazing time in Kona, largely due to our choice of renting Mark's house.

Absolute Oceanfront Property

Our family of nine had a wonderful stay at this amazing oceanfront property! The house easily and comfortably accommodated us all - it is beautifully laid out - spacious with the focus always on the ocean. The master bedroom and bath were a quiet retreat - with its own private lanai with spectacular ocean views. We have stayed in many rentals and none were more completely furnished with every amenity already on-site. Mark and Chris were so accommodating - it was reassuring to know there was a local contact within easy cell phone reach just in case. It was a very easy walk into town from the house - to the shops/restaurants/market of Kona. This home is absolute oceanfront - we slept and woke to the sound of the waves. The pool was fantastic and the whole setting so magical that it was hard to leave!

Fantastic Beach House

This beach house was amazing! It's a close and easy walk to downtown Kona, restaurants and several beaches, but still tranquil and private. The photos are accurate and the views from every room in the house are so beautiful. The master bedroom and junior master each have their own lanai and equally stunning views. The lanais and pool and spa are incredible, it easy to just spend the day at the house. I appreciate the privacy of a rental home and the reassurance that someone is nearby if needed. Mark and Chris were both friendly and helpful and immediately available by phone/text/email. I have stayed in several VRBO properties and this was by far the best stocked. The kitchen had all the cutlery and appliances one could need. The laundry and bathrooms were also fully stocked. There was also various snorkel and beach equipment available. We had a fantastic vacation. I highly recommend this beach home and we will definitely be back!

My wife and I and 2 other couples rented this beautiful home in early February 2014. The pictures Mark advertised and sent me truly represent this home. Everything you could possibly need in a home is supplied except food & drink. This home is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Both Mark and Chris were very accommodating and made our vacation wonderful. We truly hated to leave. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful beach house! Highly Recommend!

Our family stayed here from Dec 18 2013 until Jan 6 2014 - this was our first family vacation away from Vancouver Island and it was fantastic! Mark was very helpful, anything we needed he provided and then some! The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed watching the waves crash into the pool. The beach house is situated perfectly in the town of Kona. We would recommend this property and will be back!
