New on the market and newly renovated, this upscale 1-bedroom condo offers you a great location and is fresh, clean, and beautifully furnished. It offers:
+ An updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and dark wood cabinets, fully equipped to make you feel right at home.
+ Bathroom renovated to a high standard with new amenities, including a frameless glass shower door.
New heating/air conditioning units.
+ Hardwood floors, flat-screen TV, WIFI, and gorgeous views from the 21st floor.
+ Corner unit, so very quiet; no banging hotel doors or paper-thin walls.
+ Light and airy atmosphere with clean, modern lines.
+ Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and another queen bed in the leather sofa (very comfortable, not your average sofa-bed).
+ Proximity to all the major venues for vacationers and the Atlanta Mart, major hotels, Emory Midtown Hospital, Georgia Tech, Suntrust Plaza, etc. for business travellers.
+ Airport 14 miles away, has a direct Marta line right into Peachtree Ctr, a 5-min walk and you're home.
+ Taxi rank across the street at the Hyatt. With everything close by, there's really no need for a car, but it's easy on and off from the I75/85.
+ Perfect location if you're here for a ballgame, conference, business, or a fun trip. Close to World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, Centennial Park, World Congress Ctr, CNN Ctr, Phillps Arena, etc.
We recently bought this condo after a visit to Atlanta when we rented another unit through VRBO. We just loved the location, right in the middle of everything, so convenient.
I'm from Scotland originally, my husband from Canada, but we used to live in Atlanta and have always loved it, and being downtown is a lot of fun.
Anne Miller purchased this condo in 2013
We chose this property because of all the conveniences it offers, like a direct Marta line from the airport into Peachtree Ctr, very by. It's also easy-on and off from the I75/85. Loved all the restaurants around and all the events going on at the Hyatt, Centennial Park, etc. and theater and museum. We were also impressed by the friendly atmosphere in this building and the very helpful concierge.
This apartment is quite large and spacious, with plenty of storage space and an uncluttered feel. Views from the 21st floor are great, especially from the bedroom, where you can look right down Peachtree Street.
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It has everything we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is right downtown, close to restaurants and plenty of sights to see. The apartment is clean with a nicely decorated living room, modern appliances in the kitchen and exceptional internet access (very necessary now a days). We stayed downtown for the first couple days then took the MARTA to other areas of Atlanta.
The apartment was great, the kitchen was well-equipped and ready for immediate use. The bed was very comfortable. It was indeed a home away from home. My son and I enjoyed the excellent views from the apartment, the walks around the vicinity, short walks to the World of Coca-Cola and the Aquarium. With a taxi park almost opposite the hotel, we did not have to keep calling for taxis and waiting, we simply walked across the street anytime we were ready to go out and got into the first taxi on the queue, quite convenient.
My husband and I were looking for a reasonable place to stay after we got last minute tickets for a game at the GA Dome. I love VRBO but I thought VRBO would be a long shot this late in the game. Boy was I wrong! I found a gem!!!
We arrived and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff member. We got checked in and all the info I needed and we were ready. The views are great. From the 21st corner unit you have multiple stunning views. The unit was spotless and decorated tastefully. Much more room than a hotel and cheaper, too!! It is centrally located to many fabulous restaurants, to which we walked to each night. The Marta stop is also very close. The GA Dome is a bit farther ( less than a mile) but it is a great walk.
If you have a car, there is a guard monitored parking deck, with in and out privileges, for 18 a night. It is behind the units and less than a block away. Easy to walk back and forth to.
I cannot say enough about A and her promptness. She answered my questions right away and had all the answers I needed. I will not hesitate to book this condo again, but remember it is for 2 people only.
I was in Atlanta for a conference and decided to stay in an apt rather than the conference hotel. I’m so glad I did, and I am so glad I stayed in this apt. It is simply delightful. The apt overall is light and bright and was very clean. The views are great (it’s a corner apt on an upper floor) The furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed (there’s even a tea pot!) and has a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable indeed. The apt is near all the big hotels and a MARTA stop. It was also an easy jog to the Freedom Trail and I found a Publix grocery store right next to the Midtown MARTA stop, about 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this apt if you’re staying in downtown. Nicer than a hotel, without a doubt!
I am a fan of VRBO and staying in rental homes, but one of my friends is not but I am here to say that this property made her a believer! When we booked this property our trip was less than a week away, but Ann answered my initial inquiry quickly and arrangements were made quickly! The property was convenient to all that we wanted to do! We rented a car, but taxis and Uber would have sufficed because everywhere restaurant we visited in the downtown area was 15 minutes or less. The parking lot was behind the building and my friends and I took turns paying for the parking so the $10 a day was not so bad! This property is in walking distance to Starbucks and the Corner Bakery-this was great because we had our daily breakfast at Starbucks! CVS was also in walking distance as well as other places like Ray's and the mall (the mall is not your typical shopping mall and it is closed on the weekends-it is more like a large food court and if you are a picky eater then this may not be the best place for you to experience fine dining). We were also in walking distance of CNN, the World of Coca-Cola and more! I would definitely stay here again! If you are looking for a property that is in a great location and a great building, well-stocked, clean and inviting then this is the condo for you! The truly best thing about this property is how quick Anne returned the deposit-totally awesome!
The one thing that was puzzling was the concierge telling us that we could only have two guests in the condo. I had already confirmed with Anne that there would be 3 and she was fine with this, so maybe it is just a matter of communication. I told my friends this weekend that we have to go back! We weren't disappointed and you will not be disappointed either!
A 5-min walk takes you to Hardrock cafe, Hooters, Ray's in the City, Mexican food, Meehan's pub, etc. and a huge selection of fast food places in Peachtree Ctr. The Corner Bakery is great for casual dining/breakfast, almost next door. Walk left from the entrance and you'll find Max Lager's. There's a P.O. near the Marta station and a Fedex office in the Hyatt.
