2400 sq ft, 3 story stand alone home with a two car garage - and garage door opener! The home sleeps 10 comfortably and includes extremely comfortable, high end mattresses in every room - for a great night's sleep.
The stand alone home is an elevated, western-end lot that has the best view in Bear Hollow!
It has two master bedrooms (one with a deck) and a high end king bed mattress in each room. The third room upstairs has a high end queen bed. The downstairs room has 4 twin beds. 2 in a bunk bed setting and two in a trundle bed.
The living room has a surround sound theater setting with a 55' plasma, BluRay player and brand new (installed 9/5/14), high end, Universal remote with exceptional ease of use. The entire home is wired for sound with speakers throughout the entire home, including the outside covered deck/jacuzzi area - which is a great place to spend some time after a big day on the mountain. The Receiver also has a direct connect for an iPod/iPhone/iPad connection.
The fireplace is gas burning and there is a fan in every room. The home is luxuriously decorated and includes exceptional linens on every bed and in every bathroom.
The front loading Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer are upstairs next to the master bedrooms - which is nice!

I searched the greater Park City area for a handful of years and had the good fortune to have been given the first choice of lots within phase #2 and #3. After walking the lots, I determined that the best view lot within the development - was the one this house stands on!
The unimpeded views of the entire valley floor and sprawling mountain range will confirm this for you as well - as you sit in the jacuzzi out of the covered deck - after a great day in some of the best snow in the world (just calling it like it is!).
The home is 28 minutes from the Airport to the garage.
After living in the home for a couple of years and making a variety of upgrades (state of the art A/V equipment, additional art work, new linens, home security system etc) we have now put the home into the rental pool - and it's never been in better shape!

What makes this house unique
After walking the dirt lots in 2004, we realized this was going to be the perfect Park City location - with the best view in all of Bear Hollow Village!
The home is perfectly located less than one mile from the new Park City - which has all the amenities of Park City - without the congestion. However, if you do want to visit old town Park City, it's a short 6-7 minute drive!
New Park City includes the Redstone development = new restaurants, Whole Foods, Smith's grocery store, banks, a couple of gas stations, Starbucks (or the locals favorite: Park City Roasters!), WalMart and the Interstate 80 - all within less than one mile.
The Canyons resort is 1 mile away. Park City Mountain Resort is 4 miles away. Deer Valley is 7 miles away. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude are all within a short 50 minute drive. 7 world class resorts - all within less than an hour away. I can't think of another area within the US that boasts of the same access to such world class significance.
