Newly built house with all modern fittings & appliances. 2 separate bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub upstairs. 1 with 2 single beds. Also separate upstairs lounge with sofa bed. Large downstairs bathroom with washing machine. Situated in olive & lemon groves with far reaching fantastic views to the sea. Minutes drive to mini-markets, beach and various restaurants. Short drive to the bustling and beautiful town of Rethymnon and just a short walk through the Olive groves to a lovely Taverna in Agia Paraskevi. Several small villages are close with tavernas & shops. Part of a small development with large communal swimming pool including children's pool and sunbeds and surrounded by communal gardens with trees, shrubs and flowers. Outdoor dining area under pergola, with traditional table seating 6+. Modern lounge area with quality seating and TV and DVD. Kitchen with all modern facilities including Cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc.

The property is located in a rural area in the hills above Rethymnon therefore we would recommend a rental car is essential to get the most from your visit to Crete. We have a good relationship with a local, reliable car rental firm who have a range of good quality cars and bikes at good prices.

They can also arrange pick up from the airport or delivery and drop off of car from the airport. Please let us know and we can give suggestions and relevant information.

We had a wonderful time in this rental, the flat is well furnished, the view from the terrasse is great.
The resort is 10 minutes away from the center of Rethymnon.
A great place to have leisure time with family.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
