About Steven or Nancy Harmon

We have owned this condo for two years and someday when we retire we will relocate to Cape Harbour. We bought this from an investor type individual from Chicago who bought this for his personal use and did not rent it out. He had used it very little when we bought it. It is in new condition. We have only spent 25 nights there ourselves so far and we did allow friends to stay there for a total of about 20 nights. A trip to the grocery store 2 blocks away, and you would have no reason to leave this fully equipped and furnished condo.

Why Steven or Nancy Harmon chose Cape Coral

This 7th floor condo lanai overlooks the common area between Marina South 1 and Marina South 2. This is the area where Longboard's is located and also the area where the band sets up 3 nights a week. The band entertainment is free to listen to and enjoy and lasts usually from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm. We love the bands. Some may not. They can be loud, and you will hear them for sure. This is also the area that usually attracts show quality motorcycles one night a week. If you don't like listening to a dozen or so loud motorcycles for a few minutes one night a week, this is not your place. I'm not making excuses for the location, but I noticed that other complaining individuals thought they were renting a place in the amazon basin I guess. This is a vibrant, active community and with that comes fun and a little activity that includes some noise from time to time. You can enjoy 4 area restaurants with their weekly specials, the boutique shops and the marina. Bahama Bay Tour Co. is located here and they offer exciting ecotours and tours of Cape Coral Canals. This condo is completely set up with all the kitchen items you could possibly need and all the towels, bedding, tv and internet. It is equipped with stacked washer and dryer to use.

What makes this condo unique

If this is your first time to Cape Harbour, we strongly suggest you google Cape Harbour to see all the benefits the area offers. This is an incredible location. We could reiterate them here, but you will get much more and complete info with a quick search. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds. All the rooms have ceiling fans. There is ample closet space. There are two full bathrooms. There are fire extinguishers, a few flashlights, a vacuum cleaner, broom. All the things you would need if you were living there are included for your use.

This condo was even better than the pictures provided on VRBO. The location is one of the best in the Cape Coral area and it was close to everything we needed. The shops and eateries on the premises were great and we immediately felt at home in the condo. Everything one would need was provided by the owners and they were very hospitable, even providing a much appreciated welcome gift upon our arrival. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation in Cape Coral.
