I am east coast native and love the year round life style in the Bay Area. I have a growing family including my beautiful wife and two kids Charlie and Adeline. When I am not being the best dad in the world, I play golf and enjoy home poker tournaments. Food is a great way to spend time with family and friends and I frequently eat a wide selection of ethnic foods like Thai, Vietnamese, and German to name a few. I am a easy to talk to, down to earth guy and have an attention for details in regards to my rental property. I hope you will come and join us!
My wife, being a third generation Alamedian, has always wanted to own a piece of the history of Alameda. Once I moved here, I knew why, the neighbors, the quiet, the restaurant, the proximity to everything. It's a great place to be part of a diverse community.
We chose this house because of its potential to be what it has become, an gorgeously updated Victorian family house with strong bones and personality. This house was made for hard working people and has served it's purpose over the years. We are happy we could bring it back to life with our hands for more years of usage.
