Why Chris Leeker chose Alameda
My wife, being a third generation Alamedian, has always wanted to own a piece of the history of Alameda. Once I moved here, I knew why, the neighbors, the quiet, the restaurant, the proximity to everything. It's a great place to be part of a diverse community.
What makes this house unique
We chose this house because of its potential to be what it has become, an gorgeously updated Victorian family house with strong bones and personality. This house was made for hard working people and has served it's purpose over the years. We are happy we could bring it back to life with our hands for more years of usage.
