Three double bedrooms (each with huge en-suite bath/shower room) and two sofa beds set over two floors - comfortable sleeps 8. Fully equipped kitchen. Built in 1999 and privately owned. Huge balcony with electric awning for eating al fresco, sunbathing, sea views etc. Sky digital TV (including Sky Sports & Sky Films). Swimming pool, tennis court next to beautiful Perla Blanca Beach. Located near to the 5-star Alanda Beach Club, Don Carlos and Marriott hotels. Ten minutes by car to Marbella. Walking distance to Santa Maria Golf Club. Available for rent throughout 2004.

Notes: There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bath, shower, WC, bidet. There is also a fourth separate WC. There are two sofa beds (not in the lounge/TV area)- one double and one single. All facilities new - apartment completed in 1999.

The apartment is located in an exclusive beachside complex at Elviria, near to the Four Seasons Country Club, the Don Carlos Hotel and the new Marriott complex, all 5-star properties. Within the grounds - which run down to the Perla Blanca Beach, claimed to be the best beach on the Costa Del Sol, there is a full-size swimming pool and tennis court. Approx 5 minutes walking from the apartment there are cafes, supermarket, newsagents, money-exchange office, hairdressers etc. We offer the apartment on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis, preferably with arrival not before 1 pm and departure before 11 am.
