Our villa lies on top of a gentle hill in a quiet corner of Le Marche, surrounded by the serene countryside. Take in the views and the scent of lavender as you relax by the swimming pool. The villa sleeps 13 people in 6 charming, comfortable bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms.

The farmhouse is made of elegant white stone, framed by the rolling hills and fields that spread out before it on all sides. It offers a patio for dining outside.

The large kitchen, dining room and spacious living rooms with a grand fireplace make the inside inviting and perfectly comfortable for a full house of guests.

Villa Le Marche is perfect for exploring the treasures of one of the most pristine and beautiful regions in Italy, still untouched by mass tourism. The nearest town to the villa is Cagli, one of the area's most charming villages. Urbino, a jewel of the Renaissance, is also nearby.

We had two wonderful weeks in the house of Maddalena and Paolo and enjoyed it very much. We were two German families, seven kids age 3 to 11 and four adults. The house suits all the needs for families with kids: big rooms, lot of space, the kids explored the wonderful surrounding (fields, wood) and loved the pool. There were plentey sunloungers, enough space for 11 people to eat - inside and outside, a fantastic barbecue .... we really enjoyed it. The nearby sites like Gubbio, Urbino were as interesting as taking the cable car to Monte Catria. The owner, Maddalena and Paolo, maintained house and pool very, very well. Thank you for renting your fantastic house, we`ll come back!

We stayed at Villa Le Marche for two weeks and there were, at various times, five couples and the house easily accommodated this large group of people.

The setting was the beautiful, safe, and private Italian countryside. It was like going back into time and experiencing the Late Renaissance.

Paolo and Maddalena were quick to respond to our requests.

You will experience a good cross section of Italian Countryside especially the small city of Cagli.

Beautiful views, elegant property

We had a wonderful holiday here, the countryside views are superb from the pool and the house is stunning. The bedrooms especially are very tastefully decorated (definitely a notch above other places I've rented)- the house has an elegant feel to it. We loved that the property itself is away from it all and absolutely peaceful, but we were just a short drive away from town if we needed anything. Le Marche is a region worth visiting, not touristy, so you feel like you're experiencing the real Italy! I highly recommend this property, we hope to be back soon!
