Blue Ocean Villa I/2000 square feet/2 story unit 2 bedrooms, 2 baths/sleeps up to 7. Master bedroom has a king size bed & a sofa bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has another sofa bed and there is an inflatable bed as well. There are top of the line finishes throughout the house. The kitchen has a stove top, microwave, a full size refrigerator/freezer and a large toaster oven to satisfy your light cooking needs.

Blue Ocean Villa II/ 3800 square feet/5 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms. It is possible to sleep up to 18 with the use of some inflatable beds. 3 master bedroom has a king size bed and a sofa bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has another sofa bed and there is an inflatable bed as well. There are top of the line finishes throughout the house. The kitchen has a stove top, microwave, a full size refrigerator/freezer and a large toaster oven to satisfy your light cooking needs.

The Blue Ocean Villa III is 2200 square feet of the finest in fixtures and finishes for the discriminating traveler. This unit is a 4 bed/ 3 bath with a den and sleeps up to 10. There are 3 king size beds and 2 twins and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with a comfortable dining area. Gorgeous Ocean Views.

All units have their own washer and dryer.

Stunning location right on the sand with plenty of out door seating and chaise lounges. This is a 3 unit townhouse building that shares the pool and the back deck area. Very spacious townhouse is very large. It has an open layout with tons of light. French Doors lead out to the Courtyard pool area and there are French doors on the balcony with a view of the pool.

Walk or Jog for miles on the compacted sand path paralleling the Atlantic Ocean.

What an incredible place! we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at Villa III, so picture perfect. We are a family of seven and in this spacious accommodation,there was still room to spare, we often times feel crowded with a a family our size.
The kitchen was a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, granite counter tops, well stocked for cooking and preparing meals, as well as entertaining. We where there during the Miami Heat playoff's and hosted a party- everyone really enjoyed the place.

My husband and I loved the beautiful Mater-bedroom and bath. You couldn't ask for a more picaresque view from the the whole upper level and in the mater-bathroom the sauna, baday, luxurious shower and the marble his and her vanities.

Everything is well kept and Clean. The pool guy came twice while we where there. The back patio area was so fantastic for having a bbq or just relaxing as your view is the beach, the swaying palms and ocean. It was so nice to have private beach access and a private pool.

Location was great for us, we had a car and would recommend a vehicle for certain.

Good grief it was hard to leave! But we have found a our perfect vacation place...
