This apartment is around two years old and enjoys undercover parking. A lift takes you up to the third floor where you can marvel at the sea and mountain views.The same lift will take you down to the ground floor swimming, health facilities, and sun bathing terrace.

For those who enjoy a more active lifestyle there is a fully-kitted gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi on site which is 'manned' throughout its opening hours.

The apartment has been lovingly furnished and decorated with quality fixtures and fittings. Huge sliding patio doors allow the outside in and the fly screens fitted to these doors and all the windows prevent annoying insects from entering.

The views from the very large balcony extend to the mountains which surround the complex on two sides and across Polis to the sea.

Further attractions: Set on a brand-new complex, this quiet apartment enjoys an enviable position looking out over the rural landscape to Paphos forest and the Troodos Mountains beyond. The view changes daily with the different light making the flat screen TV with its UK terrestrial channels redundant for much of the time.

The complex has a fully kitted-out gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi which is free to use for guests of this apartment.

A 5 minute walk takes you into the centre of Polis with its quiet laid-back charm and to its varied eateries and traditional tavernas, therefore a car is unnecessary, however is useful for exploring further afield.

Coast/Beach: Polis beach is a five minute drive away as are the beaches connecting Polis with Latchi.

There are a number of EU designated blue-flag beaches with life-guards on duty.

Local Villages: The Paphos area has a number which are within easy access and well worth exploring. Coastal villages such as Argaka and Pomos together with inland villages like Kathikas, Steni and Drouisha offer fresh, local fare at a fraction the cost of the main tourist areas.

Many are proud of their heritage and have small museums giving an insight into local crafts and traditions. The mountain villages of Kathikas and Droushia also offer a retreat from the coastal heat on the hottest days.

Apartment couldn't be situated in a more convenient location. Ideal for visiting many of the more secluded areas along the North and West coast.

Relaxation in the Sun!

The threee weeks we spent in this apartment were fabulous. Firstly the apartment is very clean and nicely furnished with everthing we needed to enjoy our stay. The best place is the large balcony overlooking mountain and sea views. The apartment is on the top floor of three (there is a lift!) and is afforded complete privacy. The balcony is an excellent spot for relaxing after a day out and also for an evening meal with a lingering drink. The complex is not huge but has two pools, the main one being large enough for a very good swim!
The location is excellent for exploring and there are some very good restaurants in the town just a ten minute walk away. Local supermarkets stock everything you may need to self cater and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. We are really looking forward to a return visit to this apartment in the near future.

Peace, tranquility and stunning views!

An absolutely delightful holiday in a lovely spacious and comfortable apartment. The views from the private balcony are simply stunning, and there is all the peace and tranquility that you could wish for. The balcony and apartment are not overlooked in any way, and there are wonderful unbroken views for miles beyond.
The apartment itself contains everything you could possibly need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a good selection of tv channels. It has been beautifully maintained and cared for, and provides the perfect base from which to explore the region.
There is an excellent swimming pool for use by residents, plus a sauna and jacuzzi, not forgetting a well-equipped gym for those requiring plenty of exercise.
Polis itself is a lovely place to stay, with a great selection of restaurants and bars. The sandy beach is also within easy reach.
All in all, it was a most pleasurable two weeks, and we cannot wait to return in a few months' time for another visit to this lovely apartment.

Stunning Views, Peace and Tranquility!

This was one of the most relaxing and wonderful holidays I have ever had!
The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and equipped with all that was needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Its position on the third (top) floor gives the most beautiful views across to the mountains in the distance and off to the side, nearby coastal views which all create a wonderfully relaxing place to sit, read, eat or merely contemplate on the balcony.
The swimming pool is a superb feature and of a good shape and size so that you can actually swim!
The town centre of Polis is easily within walking distance and you will find many tavernas and restaurants which serve delicious local dishes alongside some more international cuisine - there is something for every taste! If you decide to eat "at home", there are two very good reasonably priced supermarkets within walking distance and many smaller shops all selling fresh and local produce.
There are many places to visit in the surrounding areas such as the town of Latchi with its picturesque marina surrounded by restaurants serving fresh locally caught fish. The drive to the almost forgotten town of Kato Pyrgos around the Kokkina enclave was my favourite, giving superb views down the mountainside to the sea. A day out on the Akamas peninsula is another sight to see, especially the Avakas Gorge - take a good pair of walking shoes!
The location of this apartment is excellent for exploring this corner of Cyprus and we will most definitely be returning next year!

Polis for relaxation

This apartment exceeded my expectations when booking it. Having been disappointed by online pictures before I was delighted to find the accommodation clean and bright with new and comfortable furnishings.
It is conveniently located, far enough away from the centre to be quiet, and close enough for a leisurely stroll into the numerous bars and restaurants available.
With modern cooking facilities and two supermarkets within a few hundred yards, it is easy to keep costs down by dining out on the balcony, which we did be it lunch or dinner.
We were only there for a week and found very affordable food around the main square, with friendly service where they were happy for you to stop and have a drink or dine without any pressure.
Costas Corner snack bar was popular with tenants from the same block and we found ourselves frequently there if only for a drink to round the evening off. Costas and his family all spoke good english and looked after us very well.
A walk down to Latchi in the morning blows away any cobwebs, with the coastal route providing plenty of family run bars along the way if it is too hot and you are in need of liquid replenishment.
We hired a car for the week from Cyprus rentals for around the price of the return taxi fare to Paphos airport, and whilst not needing it around Polis itself it was nice to see the island on a couple of days. Aphrodite's Falls (not to be mistaken for Aphrodite's stream) was well worth a visit, whereby I could swim in the natural lakes and climb ropes up the rock face before diving back into the pool like the teenager I once was.
It is great value for money although air conditioning is a must in the hot months and the price at E4.50 a day is per room so goes up to E13.50 if you want them all on, which seemed high when everything else was so cheap.
There was however plenty of hot water all times of the day and after use of the pool or a day at the beach the efficient shower facilities were appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay very much and have therefore booked to return in May, which can't come soon enough. Roger.

Air conditioning in particular and electricity in general is very expensive in Cyprus so in order to keep the basic costs of rental as low as possible, we charge for it separately. This way, we believe that guests staying outside the main months of July and August, who may not need A/C don't pay for it. We also allow guests to decide for themselves whether thay just want to have one of the A/C units (bedroom) and pay 4.50 Euros or two or three units.

Relax, rest and enjoy

This apartment is on the top floor of a quiet block. The view from the balcony towards the mountains ensures a feeling of peace and relaxtion.

The apartment is extremely well furnished, comfortable beds and loads of seating space. The kitchen is very well equuipped, provided with all modern appliances.

Overall this is a great place to stay with the shops and restaurants of Polis square within easy walking distance, also as a base for the beaches and surrounding countryside of the north and north west corner of the island.

Peace and Tranquility!

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 2 week break, having enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is located on the top floor with stunning views for miles around. Sitting on the covered balcony having a nice cold drink while taking in the scenery will live long in the memory!
The apartment itself is tastefully furnished and very well cared for. Everything needed for a comfortable stay has been thoughtfully provided, and it was also a delight to have use of the sauna, jacuzzi and gym for when the mood suited. As for the swimming pool: excellent!
We will definitely be re-booking for next year. Polis and the surrounding area have everyhting we require for a relaxing and interesting holiday.

Bikes can be hired locally. Polis, with its pedestrianised central square is well-catered for restaurants, tavernas and bars as well as shops, supermarkets and banks.

For nature lovers, the conservation area of Lara Bay is a short car journey away. Lara Bay is a protected beach and one of the few areas in the Mediterranean where Loggerhead and Green turtles lay their eggs.

Golf: Cyprus currently has 3 international class golf courses with several more in planning.

The closest course to Polis is Minthis Hills at Tsada which is around 30 minutes drive away. Further details can be provided on request.
