The designer kitchen is stunning - from stainless steel appliances to beautiful all-wood cabinets to granite countertops. No expense has been spared!

The bathrooms are also remodeled and luxurious with white cabinetry paired with rich granite and corian countertops. The master bath boasts a tiled walk-in shower with custom glass doors and the guest bath has a neatly tiled shower/bath combo. The unit also has newer doors and trim, crown moldings, plantation shutters, tile flooring and carpeting throughout!

The island-themed living room, dining room and bedroom furnishings will transport you to a beautiful island oasis on the inside while you enjoy the most amazing direct Gulf-front view of the ocean – nothing separates you from the vast ocean view except for some sand and a few swaying palms. Wonderful, luxurious condo

My fiancé and I had an wonderful vacation! Couldn't ask for better acommodations... Cleanliness, furnishings, appliances all top-quality throughout this spacious condo. Very well-maintained grounds, plenty of bike racks, ample parking. Amazing views from the huge lanai, living room and master. We have been to Sanibel two times prior to this (stayed in beachfront hotels), and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.

Look No Further......

Prepare to be WOWed. We are frequent Sanibel vacationers and always stay at a gulf front condo setting. We can honestly say this condo and complex exceeds all others we have stayed at---the various photos, condo descriptions and reviews are spot on. Once you arrive, you realize the pride in ownership really shows---it's comfortable and delivers on every level. After all is said, there are three key areas we expect to perfect to us..... Beds - a comfortable bed/mattress with very good linens; Bathrooms - clean, updated and large tiled showers; View - an incredible view of the Gulf and beach on the lanai. It's all here. As other reviews have stated, the condo is very well equipped, modern, and cozy. Other nice and notable amenities include the complex being low density--quiet and convenient, a large functional elevator with carts to carry groceries and belongings, a nice pool, covered parking and a locked storage room with all beach needs included. Also, communication to and from Kari and VIP was prompt and well coordinated. The worst part of staying at this condo.....is knowing you have to leave. If you are considering a stay at a Gulf front condo, look no further.

Amazing trip and rental!

We just got back from a week on Sanibel Island. We rented this condo and couldn't have been happier. The unit was clean and was exactly as is presented on the VRBO website. We have been coming to the island for many years, and by far and away this was the nicest rental unit to date. The condo has everything you would need…beach chairs, kitchen supplies, toys for the beach, pool towels, etc. And the view is incredible. This was a great vacation. We saw dolphins every day and the shells are unreal. Highly recommend this condo, and can't find a better location than Sanibel. Also, recommend renting bikes for the week if you are there during high season….we could bike to dinner faster than the cars would move on the roads!! Thanks for a great and relaxing week. It is wonderful to walk into a nice, clean and up to date condo and not worry about anything at all.

Fantastic!

Just back from a week at this wonderful condo and can only echo the previous positive comments. This is a fantastic property with everything anyone could need or want for a vacation. Comfortable, cozy and exactly as advertised with a magnificent lanai for being lazy. :) Exceeded our expectations.

VIP was easy to work with and very professional but I must say, if VRBO gave an award for best owner, Kari would win hands down. She is exceptionally responsive to any question or concern, very friendly and gets back to you quickly. She was a pleasure to deal with.

We just had a great time in this fantastic condo. Thanks very much.

Magnificent view!

We stayed in this condo the week before Christmas. It was the most relaxing vacation ever. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. The views from the living area, master bedroom, and lanai are amazing. We watched dolphins playing in the surf every morning. Beds were comfortable. Didn't hear a sound from any of the neighbors. Only suggestion would be new pillows on sofa and a firmer pillow option for bed pillows.

We have stayed at several Sand Pointe condos; this is the best one. We hope to be back this year.
