Enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean in the very desirable Sand Pointe condominium complex with a new open floor plan and furnishings. The designer kitchen is stunning - from stainless steel appliances to beautiful all-wood cabinets to granite countertops. No expense has been spared!

The bathrooms are also remodeled and luxurious with white cabinetry paired with rich granite and corian countertops. The master bath boasts a tiled walk-in shower with custom glass doors and the guest bath has a neatly tiled shower/bath combo. The unit also has newer doors and trim, crown moldings, plantation shutters, tile flooring and carpeting throughout!

The island-themed living room, dining room and bedroom furnishings will transport you to a beautiful island oasis on the inside while you enjoy the most amazing direct Gulf-front view of the ocean – nothing separates you from the vast ocean view except for some sand and a few swaying palms. This is the only top floor corner unit available for rent in this complex that can offer this incredible view. Fantastic!

Just back from a week at this wonderful condo and can only echo the previous positive comments. This is a fantastic property with everything anyone could need or want for a vacation. Comfortable, cozy and exactly as advertised with a magnificent lanai for being lazy. :) Exceeded our expectations.

VIP was easy to work with and very professional but I must say, if VRBO gave an award for best owner, Kari would win hands down. She is exceptionally responsive to any question or concern, very friendly and gets back to you quickly. She was a pleasure to deal with.

We just had a great time in this fantastic condo. Thanks very much.

Magnificent view!

We stayed in this condo the week before Christmas. It was the most relaxing vacation ever. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. The views from the living area, master bedroom, and lanai are amazing. We watched dolphins playing in the surf every morning. Beds were comfortable. Didn't hear a sound from any of the neighbors. Only suggestion would be new pillows on sofa and a firmer pillow option for bed pillows.

We have stayed at several Sand Pointe condos; this is the best one. We hope to be back this year.

Snow bird

This condo is so comfortable and beautifully furnished. The view out to the ocean is the best part! The porch seating was very nice and enjoyed sitting out there reading or just looking out on the ocean!

(The only thing I would look at changing are the curtains in master...panels don't cover windows well and are hard to pull across)

Relaxning Getaway!

We just returned home from a 3 weeks stay in Sanibel and were pleased with our accommodations at this comfortable condo. This was our 4th year visiting Sanibel and this condo was the nicest we've rented. The top floor, corner unit was quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large, wide lanai and were fortunate enough to be able to have the doors open much of the time. We loved the closeness to the beach and the beautiful views the lanai afforded. The mattress and bedding in the Master bedroom is extremely comfortable. When the biggest complaint you have is that the surf is so loud it makes it difficult to hear the television you know things can't be too bad. It would be helpful to have additional lighting in the kitchen although I believe I read in prior reviews that under-counter lighting is planned. Thank you for another great vacation in Sanibel. We look forward to returning!

Perfect place to recharge.

This was a multi-generational trip. The unit was perfect for all ages in our group. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable(so nice I would have been hypervigilant if we had young children). The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the newer appliances were great. The lanai had the most comfortable furniture that we have experienced in a rental. We really appreciated the storage unit as it was the first beach trip we did not have to go buy beach chairs. The only suggestion we would make is to upgrade the sleeping pillows. The grandparents really loved the grab bar in the Master shower. I would only return to Sanibel if this unit was available for our stay.

I am happy to hear that the condo, its furnishings and amenities were "perfect" for your entire family. I love sinking in to the chairs on the lanai. In fact, since most guests spend as much or more time on the lanai than inside the condo (during waking hours), I felt it was very important to provide comfortable lanai furniture. I am also happy to hear that the storage unit (beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler) provided you with everything you needed for your beach excursions. I appreciate your suggestion on the pillows. The bedroom pillows are newer (purchased within the last year). I will consider adding two options for our guests (i.e., firm and soft) to satisfy various guest preferences. Again, thank you for your review. Gorgeous condo!

This is the most tastefully decorated condo in which we've stayed on Sanibel over the past 20 years. Recently renovated with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings. While I know that the owners have poured a bunch of money into the renovations, there are a couple of things that would make a stay even more enjoyable. There is not enough light above the kitchen counters (except the semi-island) and sink. It's hard to tell if the dishes are sufficiently clean, etc. And it would be great to have a radio so one could listen to music or talk shows while cooking. Having said that, it's still a great place.

I will be visiting the condo next month and plan to install some puck lighting under the cabinets. This should solve the concern regarding lighting in the kitchen. An iHome speaker unit is located on the island near the kitchen. Many of our guests have utilized this unit to listen to music. Alternatively, you could also turn on the TV in the main area and tune to either a talk show or a music station (via the Comcast service) to enjoy some entertainment while cooking.
