Perfectly located in Bugibba, one of Malta’s top resort towns, this charming, light, airy and spacious apartment (150 sqm), decorated in Maltese rustic style forms part of a block with swimming pools (open all year - please confirm with owner) for adults and children. It is located in a quiet street which is ‘round the corner’ from the seafront and Bugibba Square, where it’s all happening, so you don’t need a car. Everything you will need is just a short walk away. Three air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom ensure that all guests are comfortable and enjoy their privacy. There is also a guest toilet separate from the bedrooms. The spacious living area of the apartment leads onto a balcony where you can enjoy the sun or dine 'al fresco'. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool area with its ample sunbathing space so you can sit in the sun on the deck-chairs provided with the property, work on your tan or cool off right at your doorstep!

More Information: The main door of the apartment is accessed from the ground floor so no need to use the lift or stairs. The balcony however is one floor above the pool area which is at semi-basement level. One of the double bedrooms is very large with a sofa nook and very big en suite full bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle. The other double bedroom is also large and besides having an en suite bathroom with full bath and hand-held shower, also has a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is a smaller twin room with 2 single beds and this also has an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the apartment.

This apartment has been equipped and furnished as a home unlike many other holiday rental properties. The bathrooms are luxurious with marble features and the furniture is made of solid wood. It is large and spacious with plenty of room to move about.

Ticked all the boxes - just wonderful!

This apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers). We used all the bedrooms, which were well appointed, and having 3 bathrooms was better than home! The swimming pool was out of action (out of season), but I imagine it would be great!

We used the local Diving company daily, and the local Arriva bus service to take us at minimal cost to other places in Malta. We hired 2 small cars but didn't need them at all as the very local buses were better!

Having shopped at the supermarket upon arrival, we actually found the local stores around the corner stocked all the food we needed for our week's stay, and there were plenty of affordable places to eat dinner out daily on the sea front.

Jo, the owner, was beyond helpful and couldn't do enough for us! The emails before the holiday were responded to efficiently and we felt we had made a friend!

The weather in October was warm, and although we had violent cloudbursts (twice) the resulting flooded roads just added to the holiday excitement! It's not every day you wade to the shops barefoot!

We have already booked our return visit to Jo's lovely apartment - affordable, well appointed, clean and very Maltese, with the additional bonus of wifi for the teenagers, making it the perfect holiday destination for us! Thanks, Jo!

Having enjoyed two wonderful weeks (not enough) in Malta, we would definately reccomend the apartment. It is just as it looks in the pictures, but even bigger..!!!

Our kids, 12 & 15, loved having their own rooms, with en-suite a real bonus. Everything needed for a comfortable break was found in the apartment. It was lovely and quiet, being located within a complex inhabited by resident Maltese, so no noisy holidaymakers at 0200 in the morning. A very quick walk takes you onto the main street which has plenty of bars and restaurants. We really liked Bugibba, as it is lively with plenty of eateries (try Georges on the seafront) but really family freindly, and a great atmosphere. Make sure you allow for extra electricity, as the air-cons consume lots of it, and you will need them.....

great apartment for family vacation in malta

beautiful, clean and exclusive apartment, located centrally in bugibba. nice pool, especially for kids. apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures in the ad.

nice and uncomplicated assistance by the owner during the booking phase and the vacation by mail and personally.

no car required as bus stops for several public bus lines (avoid the tourist buses) are in walking distance, as well as several shops for daily needs and the sea side. several good restaurants in walking distance, but google for reviews before to identify the ones to avoid.

our family fully enjoyed the stay in this apartment, highly recommeded.

Bugibba, extremely popular with tourists and locals alike, is located in St. Paul's Bay in the North-East of Malta, opposite the tiny Island where St. Paul was said to have been shipwrecked. This part of Malta is considered to be the gateway to the best beaches on the island. Bugibba boasts a small sandy beach and rocky coast where you can swim in the beautiful, blue Mediterranean Sea, just a short walk from the apartment. Take a leisurely stroll along the seafront promenade with its numerous shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs, bingo hall, games arcade, casino and open air entertainment for adults and kids of all ages or watch a 3D movie at the cinema just up the road. Tour operators in Bugibba offer everything from tours around Malta, Gozo and Comino to horse-riding and diving. From the bus terminal which is also within walking distance of the apartment, you can take a bus to most locations in Malta including major beaches.Or take a Hop-On, Hop-Off tour around Malta in an open-top bus.

Golf: The Royal Malta Golf Club is the only Golf Course in Malta and is located about 30 minutes drive from the apartment. Non-members may use the club against payment of the required Green Fees.
