Stairgates are fitted at the bottom & top of each staircase for maximum safety.

Pushchairs, high chairs, cots & stair gates are all available in the gite.

Central heating for winter lets.

Pets are welcome on the condition that hygiene is maintained in and out of the property at all times. It will also be requested that pets are not to be allowed into the bedrooms.

La Gree St Laurent is situated in the countryside and yet not far from the highway for easy access to attractions, beaches and shops.

The beautiful medieval town of Josselin is just 5 minutes drive away. Here you can view the fantastic château situated on the Nantes-Brest canal. Bars, restaurants and shops are aplenty in this historical town. The old historical towns of Dinan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre are all also worth a visit.

Just 50 mins–1 hrs drive away are the south coastal beaches and ports, all reminiscent of the Cornish Coast.

The mysterious standing stones, 4000 of them erected during Neolithic times, 5000 - 2000 yrs BC lie in the town of Carnac. Carnac Plage also happens to be a popular seaside resort providing a good day out for all the family.

Ploermel, 15 mins drive away is a small haven for those loving water-sports.

Water-skiing, sailing, boating are all available on this popular resort +man made beach, restaurant, small pool, park, golf, bowling, & cinema.
