About Bill Baxter

My wife and I and our two adult children have been coming to the Beaver Creek area since 1985. We have owned several residences during that time and consider Arrowhead our favorite. In fact, since retirement we have been coming almost six months during the year and splitting time with our home in Austin, Texas. In addition to the Village Townhome we currently own another home in Arrowhead.

Why Bill Baxter chose Arrowhead

We love the location of the Townhome in the Arrowhead Village being steps away from the Arrowbahn lift, Hot Tub, and both the Broken Arrow Café and Vista Restaurants.

We also love the fact that this is an end unit with windows on three sides affording abundant natural light.

The master Bedroom on the ground level is very practical and convenient.

Downstairs a separate laundry room with a Full Size Washer and Dryer along with hanging racks is something most townhome units in the village do not have.

Finally the heated underground parking space is located directly outside the downstairs door to the unit which makes loading and unloading of groceries, luggage, and skis very convenient and easy.

Our Village Townhome is nestled in Arrowhead Village just steps to the Quad chairlift and over 1600 acres of the best skiing in the world on Beaver Creek Mountain and Bachelor Gulch.

A true gem in Arrowhead

Absolutely fabulous experience. Large, clean condo with 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The bedding is top quality. Well equipped kitchen with welcome bottle of wine upon arrival...very sweet. Excellent parking location to walk right into the condo. Also boasts a nice downstairs media room with a pull out sofa. Pool just a few feet away. Bill and Dian were a pleasure to work with and were always flexible if I needed anything. I will most definitely rent here again. My only disappointment is that I would love to have stayed here this winter, but they're already booked!! I can understand why.

Home away from home

We have stayed in Arrowhead about 12 times and we really enjoyed the layout and amenities of this property. It was spacious and had all the amenities for a home away from home. The layout was ideal for 4 adults and 4 children (ages 9-13). The adults could sit and visit in the main living room while the kids were able to hang out together on the basement level. The pool is great and the neighborhood is beautiful to take a walk or even let your kids bike around and know that they are safe. There is also a great park for all ages. Arrowhead is close to all the festivities of Beaver Creek, Vail, Avon and Edwards without having to deal with all the people during the 4th of July holiday season. You feel like you are in the mountains:-) You can bike (we like to bike to Edwards to the Starbucks and farmers market), hike, golf, and we always like to river raft! The beds are comfortable and the place was very clean. It was very nice to also have fans in each room during the hot summer months. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great condo for a long term stay

We rented this condo for 3 months during the ski season 2013-2014. We have stayed in Arrowhead for 6 months before and know the area well. We plan on coming back again to Bill's condo.

We have 4 boys and found the condo to be perfect for our family. The furnishings are beautiful and we loved everything about it. Bill was great in helping us get set up and dealing with small issues during our long stay. The location is awesome and the indoor ski locker was a great touch. We definitely recommend this condo.
