3/4 bedrooms sleeps 8, 2.5 bathrooms. Large living and dining area. Full kitchen

Our home was chosen by us for its location, being part of the Imperial Lakewoods Golf Course. This quiet residential community is maintained to a very high standard, being surrounded by lakes and golf links. This lovely villa overlooks natural preserves to the front and rear. The private, fully screened pool and outside dining area face south-west. Outside lighting and pool lights make for great evenings relaxing with family and friends over a meal.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are over 2 floors with access to the pool area from the living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric range, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All utensils and kitchen ware are supplied. There is a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite with large shower enclosure and bath tub. Upstairs there is queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 day beds, with a separate bathroom and shower. TVs and Internet broadband are available.

Places to visit: Nearby Bradenton has shopping, fishing and water sports. Sarasota is famous for The Ringling Museum and the Van Wezel Performing Arts centre, theatres, boutiques, fine bistros and restaurants. To the north is Tampa, St. Petes and Clearwater. If you like to watch the wildlife you will enjoy a visit to the Tampa Electric Company Plant at Apollo Beach, only 20 miles to the north. You can watch the manatees and large fish attracted to the warm waters of the plant, from the boardwalk. To the south is Turtle Beach, Myakka State Park, Venice, Naples, Fort Myers and the Everglades. This coast simply has everything.

Our private, fully air-conditioned home with fully screened pool and outside dining area is situated in the quiet, peaceful community of The Fairways, Imperial Lakewoods.

Our luxury home is in a super location. Just 5 minutes from the I-75 it is quick and easy to get to many fantastic places. Ellenton Prime Outlets, for discount shopping, is only 3 miles away. Beautiful Sarasota and great shopping at St Armands Circle can be reached within 40 minutes, along with the fabulous beaches of Longboat, Lido and Siesta Keys. Take the drive down from Anna Maria Island south through Longboat, Lido and Siesta or the drive north-west across the Sunshine Skyway to Tampa, St Petes and Clearwater, are all easily reached from the I-75. The nearest beaches are St Pete's and Anna Maria Island, each within 25 miles. For a little in the way of excitement you might want to visit the theme parks of Busch Gardens, just an hour away or Disney and Universal parks in Orlando, only 90 minutes drive on the I-75

Golf: This lovely two-storey home is located at the Fairways, Imperial Golf Course, Palmetto. The 500 acre, 72 par golf course is one of over 85 courses within a 40 mile radius and features many lakes and conservation areas.

    A security deposit of $275 will be added to the balance which is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. This security deposit will be fully refunded within 3 weeks of departure after a satisfactory check of the property.
  • Pool heat (may be required November through March) is optional at $90 per week.

Wonderful house in Palmetto!

Just returned to the UK from Florida following a lovely 2 week holiday, the first of which was spent here. We have two young children (3 and 1) who both loved the pool and wondering around the area looking for lizards and birds. The house is beautifully presented and very comfortable - exactly what you need after days out. St Pete's Beach, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island amongst many other beaches are an easy drive away and there are some great places to visit in Tampa - Lowry Zoo and the Aquarium are both great and Kilwin's Ice Cream in St Armand's Circle, Sarasota is fantastic.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely, spacious home!

What a lovely, spacious home! It was spotlessly clean. The home provided beach chairs and towels, umbrella and a cooler which we used several times. The location is perfect for airport pick-up or shuttle service to both Tampa and Sarasota airports or short excursions to numerous gulf coast beaches. A few in our party golfed at the course in this community. We would have appreciated an outdoor grill, but we managed quite nicely otherwise in the modern and clean kitchen. What a fantastic house

We arrived at the house after spending time in New York, Miami and Orlando, and needing somewhere to relax. First impression on pulling onto the drive was wow! The wow factor continued inside, well furnished and decorated with all the mod cons needed to make this a home from home. The area is peaceful so lying by the pool or sitting reading is relaxing. The location is great, the highway junction is close by with access to Tampa, Bradenton, Sarasota and Siesta Keys all worth a visit. It's only a couple of hours to Orlando so you can still reach the "parks" from here.
Well worth a visit if you want to stay in a real American house. We have no problems recommending this property to anyone. The owners were also a pleasure to deal with.

Very nice house and the owners!

After a long internet search where the houses were expensive, or not nicely arranged, owners not too friendly etc. we found that one! It is really as on the pictures - very nicely decorated and true to the photos in internet.
The owners answered many of my questions (what ever came to my mind about the pool, the heating, the area, the restaurants, payments, deposit) and were all the time correct and professional.
Don't hesitate - the owners, the maintaining company, the price, the area - everyting is perfect!

This is a well maintained and well located property.
It has all the things you could need for a relaxing and quiet holiday, but is not too far away from beaches, shopping and entertainment.
The pool is secluded and quiet. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
We had a womderful time and would recommend it to any one wanting a peaceful stay.
