This fully air-conditioned deluxe unit (approx 1200 square feet)is immaculate and beautiful and comes fully equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. The owners have recently remodeled completely including new furniture! You will not be disappointed!!!

We stayed at the Palm's for an entire week in April. The property was well manicured and beautiful. Our unit was fully remodeled and had many nice touches such as towels, beach chairs and even sunscreen. It was very comfortable and very clean. The pool was right across the street and pool itself was super clean and quiet.
We would love to come back and stay again. Very close to shopping, beaches and town. You won't be disappointed staying at such a beautiful property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a week in September 2012. Absolutely excellent. Newly decorated, full AC, very well appointed with every amenity. Close to the pool. Grounds well maintained.
Very close to wonderful beaches, The Shops at Wailea, and all of the high-end hotels.
Booking agent was very organized, helpful and friendly.
I would give this my highest recommendation and plan to return next year.
