The Veranda's are a unique condo design of 12 units per building. There is not just a covered lanai at the rear of the home but a spacious veranda at the front, that can be accessed through sliding doors. There is also a detached 1 car garage adjacent to the property. This 'Barrington' floor plan is on the ground floor and offers over 1400 sq ft of sumptuous living space.
The home, which was completed September 2013, has been stylishly yet comfortably furnished throughout.
The Great room has a stunning cream leather sectional sofa that is complimented by light coordinated tables and accessories. Sink into this sofa and enjoy the 60' flat screen TV c/w sound bar.
The dining area has a pub style table with 6 stools. For additional or optional eating the dining area is next to a long breakfast bar.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and a pleasure to work in. Maple cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances add to the luxury experience. Glass top range, built in microwave, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher are all included. There is a nook area that leads to a set of sliding doors which can be used for access to the spacious front veranda which is equipped with comfortable modern wicker furniture c/w soft cushions.
The Master Bedroom is a cool relaxing tropical retreat. Fitted with a king size bed and bright, breezy tropical furniture. A 32' flat screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet and the en-suite has his & her vanities, shower & wc.
Bedroom 2 also boasts a king size bed c/w coordinating matching furniture and television.
The den/bed 3 is set up with a queen sized bed.
The rear lanai offers wonderful views of a large lake with the River Strand golf course beyond

Bookings of 1 month or longer in peak season include transfer of golf/club membership. It is not included in any other rates. Golf membership can be requested for bookings of 2 weeks or longer for which an additional fee of $250 will be added to cover costs made by the community.
$150 reservation deposit required for each week of booking. Balance becomes due 60 days prior to arrival.
A $300 security deposit also applies but is refunded in full on condition the property is left in good order.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
