This is one of the most desirable locations in Grandezza and affords secure and luxurious living.

The house is of the traditional SW Florida style and tastefully blends in with the luscious palms and foliage that is so typical of the area.

The spectacular clubhouse with fine dining, junior size Olympic swimming pool with cabana, fully equipped fitness room and spa, 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, and an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Darwin Sharp III, provide an opportunity to experience life to it's fullest!

The house is located between Ft. Myers airport and Naples close to Miromar Outlets and Germain Arena

Florida SW International Airport is literally a 15 minute drive North.

This spectacular house has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths plus an Office/Den.

The huge kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Granite worktops, an island and a separate breakfast nook with tropical suite that looks out the tinted bay windows to the private Pool and Spa and an unbelievable view of the 14th hole of Grandezza's Golf Course. South facing you can experience the spectacular sunsets that SW Florida is famous for

The Living Room is very spacious and has a 60' Interactive LCD TV with in ceiling surround sound speakers. Huge floor to ceiling glass doors slide open onto the lanai and inviting pool and spa.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a large 48' LCD flatscreen TV and also has separate sliding doors onto the lanai and pool. Walk in closets complete the picture.

The Master Bathroom is everything you would want out of a bathroom. It features double sinks, a tiled walk in shower and a huge fully functional Jacuzzi Roman tub.

One of the two Guest Bathrooms conveniently connects to both a Guest Bedroom and to the Pool area. All three remaining bedrooms have 38' LCD flatscreen TVs

The Office/Den is Oak floored and fully furnished for the busy executive, with computer, printer, Broadband high speed internet connection and WiFi for your use.

A slice of Heaven

My husband and I so enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. It is situated in SW Florida between Naples and Fort Myers, a perfect location. The home itself is large and beatuiful, but not pretentious. It is comfortable. I love to cook, so the well appointed kitchen suited me beautifully. If you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants within a 10 minute drive that you will love. We have never met the owner, but we feel he is a friend as he was so available and kind throughout the rental process and during our time in the home. The heart of this place is the outdoor area as it sports a sparkling, clean pool and wonderful comfy outdoor furniture. We spent most of our time taking in the sun and water while grilling and living a Southern life style. We celebrated Easter here this year, and it was spectacular. Our friends and relatives could not get over the hospitality that was part of this home,. It is a slice of heaven in SW Florida.

we stayed at your wonderful vacation home with friends and family.the house itself is luxurious.the furnishing is modern and practical.there is more than enough space to keep your privacy.we especially liked the outdoor pool area with the relaxing loungers,we spent long nights outside in the pool area, in the warm climate.even in the rain you have some cover in the lounge area.we always felt home and secure in your house.
the area around the grandezza resort is perfect as well.the miromar factory outlet across the street plus two more great shopping and dining areas(gulf coast town center and coconut point)are less than 10 minutes away by car.we would recommend your house to our friends.
overall it was a great vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

"The weather was great 80-90 deg everyday, Martin and Anne, you have a beautiful home and we had a wonderful month. The floor plan, Lanai and Pool/Spa was awesome! We have fallen in love with this area, and it has everything we need, Shopping, Restaurants and Golf. We will definitely be back, the only problem is that the Month went by too fast"
