Property is located in the very desirable Ir Yamim, across from Ramat Poleg in the southern part of Netanya, along the costal freeway to Tel Aviv and Haifa. Very central for day trips all over Israel. Poleg beach is the only flat beach in Netanya. It is a wide, clean and beautiful beach with all facilities and restaurant/beach bar named Bambu.
Easy access to freeway/Highway/expressway
The new Ir Yamim shopping mall just opened and has many shops and restaurants. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful mall in Israel and is only 3 minute walking distance.
Directions from airport:
If renting a car, they’ll give you a map.
You need to get toward Tel Aviv on Hwy 1.
Then to Hwy 20 then to Hwy 2 toward Haifa.
You will pass Herzlia, and a few exits later exit on Netanya south.
As you get closer, it looks like the highway is running into a group of high-rise buildings, this is the neighborhood, get ready to exit on NETANYA SOUTH.
Turn left on exit. On the second light, (Zalman Shazar) turn left.
Pass the first light and arrive a roundabout. The building is on the right side. Park the car along the curb, and call Dudi. He will come down to greet you.
If you google-earth it, you will see how to get there. It may show an empty area, because it’s new.
It will take approximately 30 min to get here from the airport.
In Short: Highway 1 to Tel Aviv to Hwy 20 (Ayalon) to Hwy 2 to Haifa, exit Netanya south, make a left on light. Make another left on second light, get to the roundabout. park on the right.
Dudi will show you into the parking, and the apt.

We had such a wonderful time in Israel and your apartment definitely helped that out. It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and I will definitely be sharing our experience with friends. Perach and Dudi, were just wonderful, warm and helpful. It definitely was the right decision for our family.

5 min. walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the new mall. Close to Ikea & BIG, a very large area for upscale shopping and entertainment. Around the corner there is a small shopping centre with a McDonalds, bank, 24/7 market & cafe, dry cleaners, hairdresser,etc.
A 5 min. walk to the new shopping mall with lots of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, stores, supermarket, drug store, and much much more.
5 minute walking distance there is a large sports centre, (Sportek), where you'll find tennis courts, basketball courts, free workout park, and more. Bicycle trails are all around.
Centrally located in Israel, convenient 3 minute drive to freeway/highway.
7 minutes to Herzliya
15 min. to Tel-Aviv.
20 min. to Caserea.
