PARKING FOR ONE CAR This exceptionally comfortable 3 bedroom full floor flat features loads of wonderful natural light. There is also a formal living room as well as a formal dining room, a spacious working kitchen complete with cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee service and stemware and dinnerware. This is the upper flat in a 2 unit property and is detached on three sides so it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a redwood deck off the dining room which overlooks the manicured lawn surrounded by 40ft bamboo trees, a great spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The flat has recently been painted and the hardwood floors redone. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the entire flat with the exception of the stairway entrance and bathroom(s) which is custom tiled. The kitchen features Bosch appliances: dishwasher, gas stove/oven with built in microwave. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer within the flat located off of the kitchen. Parking for 1 car included, additional parking can be available.
The neighborhood is wonderful with several restaurants and amenities just 1-2 blocks away on Clement Street and Geary Streets. There is exceptional public transportation located just steps from the flat. Baker Beach, located in the SF Presidio, is just a 10 minute walk from the house and boasts gorgeous Golden Gate Bridge and Pacific Ocean vistas. Golden Gate Park is close by as well within a 20 minute walk and offers a multitude of activities and recreation with the DeYoung Museum and California Academy of Sciences to name a few~, The Legion of Honor ~ a premiere SF Museum is close by as well. San Francisco Ocean Beach is a 10 minute drive. Additionally there are wonderful 'free' public tennis courts 1 block away and Lincoln Park Golf Course 10 blocks away.
This property is a tremendous value considering the wealth of amenities and features in an outstanding San Francisco neighborhood/ location.

This apartment is well-located and perfect for someone traveling with a car and a pet. I loved that there was a garage and I didn't have to hassle with parking, and the Richmond area is a great spot for being near everything but still a little removed from the most hectic commercial activity. Great to have a market and bakery/coffee place nearby. The owner was easily reached while we were in town to rectify minor issues. The flat is spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Thank you, Sharon!
We really loved the location of this apartment. Apartment itself is very roomy and comfortable. It would have been perfect if there was another bathroom. However, the convenience of having markets and restaurants all within short walking distances made up for what was lacking. Everyday we walked to either the Golden Gate Park or to the Baker's beach. Having a parking space was also a huge benefit. My husband and I would definite consider staying there again when we go back to SF.
I took my family to the property for a short getaway from Silicon Valley, and the property was in a good area of town. There are many stores and restaurants within very short walking distance. The street is not quite as loud as the busier streets but all it takes is a car / truck / motorcycle / garbage truck to wake the young kids in the morning (Saturday was relatively quiet). The fact that the room toward the front of the house had a crack in it did not help. That window seamed leaky - to both air and sound.
All said, this was a good property for us. My mom (67 year old) did have some difficulty getting down the stairs, but it was doable. My hair did find some hair in one of the bed. We also had to get paper towels for the kitchen and extra toilet paper for our stay. We were also sort of disappointed when we found that we were supposed to bring shampoo and soap, or that the main dining room lights also were not working.
Still these were minor things given the location - the fact that we were in San Francisco close to a lot of things. We had a wonderful vacation. A few touches here and there would make this a great awesome place to stay...
The apartment had a strange odor when you walked in the door. Only one bathroom with a shower and tub. In a separate room there was only a toilet. Wouldn't consider it a half bath. There was only one towel per person and no washcloths. Had nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby, as well as grocery stores. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Our family of 6 adults(3 couples) had plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. We were able to walk easily to the bus stop to ride wherever we wanted to go and everything we needed was very close by(groceries, etc). The perfect place to stay for us! We would definitely stay there again!!
We stayed in this rental with an 18-month old and 4-year old. The apartment was overall comfortable and neatly decorated. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms. Note this is a 1 bath not 1.5 bath apartment. The toilet is in 1 room by itself and the sink and shower in the room next door. An odd set up. There is a staircase leading up to the apartment that was a problem for us as our toddler was very interested in it, and required a lot of supervision. Was a bit challenging at times since the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room were located on the other side of the apartment. A baby gate would've been handy here. On-site laundry was helpful to have though the dryer wasn't that efficient.
The best part of this rental for us was the neighborhood. Very kid-friendly (and friendly neighbors in general), we went to Rochambeau Park down the block daily. This neighborhood was close to everything - we were able to walk to China Beach, drive to Muir Woods, downtown, Bay Area Discovery Museum, etc easily.
This exceptional property is centrally located and minutes away from Baker Beach, Golden Gate Park, the Golden Gate Bridge, museums, golfing, tennis, just a host of tremendous fun and adventure that this spectacular city has to offer.
