Beautifully updated and furnished, clean and sleek townhouse with upgraded floors and appliances, new window treatments, fixtures, beautifully done, and new paint. Over 1300 square feet, 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom, w/d, free wifi, basic cable. Lots of sun with a front patio facing west over a serene greenbelt and a private large back patio that faces east for morning sun. High vaulted ceilings in the living room give this condo a bright open feeling. The large dining room is also a wonderful opening to the updated kitchen.
I work and live at UCLA in Los Angeles in residence life/housing, and recently bought a condo in Palm Springs as a get-away from LA. I grew up in Michigan but moved to CA when I was a teenager. I've lived in Texas, Florida, Michigan, and now California. I went to school at Humboldt State (bachelors in English), Texas Tech University (Masters in Communication Studies), and UCLA (Ed.D in educational leadership).

Quiet, remodeled, open-feeling, lots of sunlight, close to the golf course, tennis courts and swimming pools (6 of them) in the gated complex.
It was so lovely to arrive at Dana's vacation rental and see how sparkling clean and how nicely decorated/renovated it was. After seeing a few other units in the complex, I have no doubt this would be one of the nicest. We really enjoyed our two months here. The bed was the best surprise as it was incredibly comfortable. We had guests stay for a few days, and they found the spare room bed to be very comfortable as well. It was a bonus having the travertine tiles and not carpet downstairs! Our only feedback would be that the barbecue needs some attention/upgrading as we prefer grilling to cooking in an oven. But that's just us. Overall a great vacation rental and great owners to deal with!
Condo was well appointed and Stocked with everything we needed for a GREAT Weekend!!

Everything was just like it said and the pictures justify this place. It was cozy and welcoming and great place to spend a weekend in palm springs. The owner is always in contact and gives great instructions. I really liked the clean condition on this place and the feel. Definetly going back very soon
We stayed here for a long weekend in April and loved our stay. The community was just quiet enough, several pools to choose from, nice patio (one in front and back), all the appliances worked perfectly, was clean when we arrived, and there was even beer in the fridge. We slept 6 very comfortably.
The owner was prompt, courteous, honest and a pleasure to work with. The location is right near everything - downtown, airport, Target.
