Individual apartment for year round rental, for swimming & golfing holidays. Directly on the popular Canyamel golf course in the peaceful northeast of the island. In a large, well-kept green area with a swimming pool. We offer daily reservations so that you can set up your booking with inexpensive flights. Only a 5 minute walk to the romantic Bay of Canyamel. The region offers quite a bit: beautiful beaches, good restaurants, the famous caves of Arta are 3 min. away, Arta and Capdepera, two typical Majorcan cities about 10 min. away, mountain hikes during the sunset are popular, golfing, horse riding, cycling. 10 min, from Cala Rajada, a tourism stronghold that has preserved its charm through the beautiful harbour, well-kept streets and attractive nightlife. The apartment has a kitchen opening to a living room, a separate bathroom/guest WC with a shower by the entrance and a separate bathroom only accessible from the bedroom, furthermore, there is a terrace with a view into the green.

Worth seeing: caves of Arta, 3 min away, city of Arta 10 min: two beautiful churches, great market, Tuesday afternoons, beautiful city centre, good restaurants (Boris Becker also likes to come here). Capdepera: old castle, well preserved, fantastic festivals, nice cafes. Cala Rajada: great harbour, nice for shopping, attractive night life. Beautiful beaches: Canyamel with a stunning bay, Cala Torta (10 min), Cala Mesquida. Restaurants: Canyamel: Torre de Canyamel (5 min): best suckling pig and crispy chicken in the region. San Lorenzo (10 min): Moli den Bou: star mill with good price-performance ratio, Es Pati: individual Mediterranean kitchen under German management, well run. Capdepera (5 min): Cafe Orient: perfect for eating breakfast and tapas. Cala Rajada (10 min): large diversity, from brunch at Noahs directly on the sea on the harbour promenade, to pasta, fish. No wishes remain unfulfilled.

Hallo, wir waren dieses Jahr für 10 Tage im Appartment Canyamel Golf, wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage. Strand ist in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort. Ein Auto wäre aber auf jedenfall von Vorteil...Die große Terasse und das großzügige Appartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Rund um, wir würden sofort wieder buchen!!!

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Apartment in ruhiger Wohnan-lage. Wir haben das Apartment sauber und wie vom Besit-zer beschrieben angetroffen. Kurze Wege zum Pool, Strand und Restaurants. Ideal für alle, die einfach nur aus-spannen und urlauben wollen. Wir werden dieses Angebot sehr gerne wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
