A spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 8 people

Our luxury apartment (124m2) is made of solid wood and built in 2010. The house is decorated top and fully equipped. The ground floor consists of a spacious living - dining room with Austrian dining area (with views of the Bischofsmütze). The living room has a large sofa, digital radio and television and free WIFI. In the living and dining area is also a wonderfully warm 180 degrees stove. The kitchen is well equipped with all luxuries, including induction hob, large fridge freezer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Below is the first bathroom to find. Here you will find a toilet, shower and washbasin. The bathroom has floor heating. The hall has enough space to dry your ski gear. There is also a ski (hand) to find shoe dryer and a washing machine. Also there is 1 bedroom downstairs. It features a large 2 bed with good mattresses and pillows. It is a new house (2010) which was nicely decorated and in a great location state. You can see from the house as to the slopes and there are many walks. Our house is full of solid wood and consists of a spacious living-dining room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The house was built in 2010 and is fully equipped. The house is situated in the beautiful skiing and hiking Thought Stein West. It is a ski for beginners and advanced skiers. The ski area offers many facilities for families including ski instruction in their own language, childcare and a very good ski school. In short: It's a very nice new spacious house which is ideally located in the middle of the ski. Also for a nice summer vacation is this the ideal home, the house is located in a nice walking area. Furthermore, for every audience to do something like: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, tobogganing etc, for more information see our website. Other Activities: Toboggan Abtenau (10 miles) Directions: If you arrive by car from Salzburg. Take the exit Golling-Abtenau. Follow the signs towards Annaberg. About 500 meters before the village of Annaberg turn left, direction Dolomitenhof / Astauwinkel. Follow the road, go down the lift and skibrug by. You will pass a large parking lot, after the park, keep right. After about 300 meters, turn right down, follow the road round a bend and then turn left. you see the house on your left.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Additional information about rental prices: The price is calculated for the rental of the entire house, this is the maximum number of persons 8. Additional costs include, bed € 60, - per week cleaning € 120, - and once a deposit € 200. The tax is € 1.20 per person per day. Additional costs for electricity, water and heating amounts per week in the winter € 70, - and in summer € 50, -. When booking the property you are 30% of the total amount owed to us. After transfer of the required 30%, the only final booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date to be met. Please note that in our house pets are not allowed and may also absolutely no smoking.
  • Payment: After receiving the confirmation, please deposit of 30% compliance within 10 days. After receiving the payment by us, your booking will only be final. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. The deposit charges a € 200, - together with the final payment must be paid. Reservations: For reservations made within 8 weeks will incur the full amount at once to meet. In late payment we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Where the tenant is liable for the cancellation (see below).
  • Cancellation: You can only cancel in writing. This are costs associated to 8 weeks before arrival 25% of the rent (with a minimum of € 200.00) Between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the rent, between 4 weeks and the arrival date the full rent. Deposit: The deposit for the apartment is € 200.00 to be paid at the final payment. Control takes place after your departure, your deposit will be after the lease asap deposited into your account. We are obliged to keep your deposit in full if the chalet is smoked and a persistent foul smelling fridge. Damage or defective parts are in our homes should be reported directly. For major damage, we will be liable. You need to log in to your own insurance. Take the top three in eight damage or allow your deposit be withheld.
