Apartment with swimming pool in the Tuscan countryside,3km from the sea

The farm-house is located in the countryside of Vada, along the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno, on a plot of approx. 7 ha of vineyards, olive trees and a small grove of oaks. The hotel is decorated in Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings and equipped with every comfort. The farm offers its guests a large swimming pool where you can relax on a hot day. It is available: CD player, DVD player and free internet access. Apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room with 6 beds.

The apartment is made up of a living room and dining area, with pull out king sized couch bed, small kitchen, master bedroom, double-bed room, shower. The apartment share a terrace of about 90m3 and a private garden space complete with chairs and tables. Windows with Mosquito-net The structure is all furnished in the classic Tuscan style with terra cotta floors and wooden raftered ceilings, with own private entrance, garden, and outdoor space with a barbecue. All apartments are equipped with CD player and DVD player,and every comfort available. A large swimming-pool (15 x 7 m.), a small child's pool, chaise lounges and umbrellas are all available for our guests on a hot day to relax in the sun.
