This 4 bedroomed villa is situated in the small quiet community of Loma Vista which is located just off the US27 and Interstate 4. From these two roads all parts of Florida can easily be reached. The villa is very peaceful with views over the surrounding countryside.

Just a few minutes away are the Championsgate Golf Course and Publix Supermarket. To the north east lies the many attractions of the area with Disney World about 15 minutes away. Slightly further away lies Universal Studios and Orlando which can be reached in about thirty minutes. The Gulf Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are both easily reached in under 90 minutes.

Golf: Many golf courses nearby, the nearest being the Champions Gate Golf Resort.
