Beautiful Park City townhouse located just 1/5 mile from Park City Mountain Resort and a little over a mile from the heart of Old Town. 4 Bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 w/ 2 bunk beds) + Loft (1 Queen), 4 full bathrooms (2 w/ tubs/showers, 2 w/ showers), Hot Tub, Outdoor BBQ, Large Great Room, Full kitchen and dining room, Laundry, 2 Car Private Garage. Flat screen TVs in Main Room and upstairs Master and Queen bedrooms.
We are the multi-generational Shay family. We live in Southern California and love to travel and spend time with our family.

We purchased this property as a mountain retreat for our Southern California family. We try to bring our entire family together several times a year. We love the outdoors, good restaurants, and active sports. With grandparents, working parents, and teenage and young grandchildren, it was getting harder and harder to find places where we could all comfortably gather. Then we found 1157 Lowell Ave in Park City.
It is a peaceful property with a great room where we can all gather. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for feeding our large group. The 4 bedrooms and a loft give everyone the private space they also need.
We loved the location- the back of the property is nestled into the mountain. The front balcony over looks the beautiful Park City valley.
Easy access to Park City Mountain Resort- just a 5 minute walk. Large great room with beautiful views of the Park City valley. Open kitchen and dining area. Four bedrooms + a loft means our whole family can fit. Hot tub and wood burning fire place.

Primo location and what a beautiful home! The owner has thought of everything! It's rustic and charming with plenty of room for your whole family. We could walk to the lifts every morning and be on the slopes as soon as they opened. The home is well-maintained and very clean. The appliances are new and because I love to cook I appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. We built fires in the evenings and watched the snow fall from the large living room windows! It's my Idyllic Park City Home-Away-From-Home!
Loved our stay here - incredible ski-in location with views and easy lift and town access. Well maintained with tons of room, great decor, and nice extras. Would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed here twice now for skiing and really enjoyed the easy access to Park City Resort and the fact that there are not any neighbors behind. The "back yard" is the mountain. The view out the front is especially nice at night with all the lights.
It's a short walk down to the ticket windows which was fine in snowboard boots, but on ski days, I carried my ski boots and walked in regular shoes.
The place is clean and well maintained and the appliances were all new. I have stayed in 2 different rooms and the beds were comfortable. Having 4 bathrooms seems excessive, but nice. The multiple levels break things up and worked well for our group. The sunken living room was nice when everyone wanted to get together. The garage is good for entering and exiting with ski gear and unloading/loading luggage.
Some from our group walked down to Main St. but I skied so much while there that my legs requested that I drive down the hill and save the quads for skiing.
We will be back next year!
The property is located in beautiful Park City. Park City is home to many great festivals and attractions all year round. In addition to great skiing, snowboarding and summer mountain biking, some of the most noteworthy events include the Sundance Film Festival, Beethoven Festival, Savor the Summit, Park City Food and Wine Classic, and Kimball Arts Festival.

The 10.95% Park City Lodging Tax is added to all bookings. For most bookings, we require a 3 night minimum stay. The minimum stay over Christmas/New Years is 5 nights, and over Sundance is 6 nights.
We require a $500 security deposit.
All payments are processed online through Square.
