Just steps away from the house, start your day with coffee and artful goodies at Wiltshire Pantry Bakery, or walk to numerous neighborhood restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. On street parking is available with no permit required. Centrally located approximately 10 minutes from the airport and Downtown the house is an easy bike, bus, walk, cab or drive to Cherokee Park, Cave Hill Cemetery, Clifton, the Riverfront, NuLu District, Buthchertown and more......

From the moment you enter the gate, you know you're in a interesting space. Inside you'll find an eclectic mix of art, books, and furnishings in a cozy and comfortable environment. The house - built in 1892 - maintains its charm with original trim, medallions, tall ceilings & doors, and hardwood floors. There is a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and queen bed. There is a second bedroom that also has a queen bed. Step outside to private, landscaped front and rear courtyards. Enjoy Wifi, Cable TV, and Washer / Dryer.

You have the house to yourself, so unless something is needed, interaction with the landlord is typically limited to check-in and check-out. All guests must be over eighteen (18) years of age.

Awesome space, location, and hosts.

The space is well-represented by the photos online, and the neighborhood is quaint, friendly, and totally within walking distance to one of the greatest neighborhoods in Louisville. Eric and Greg were very easy-going, helpful, and warm, willing to work with us on a midnight arrival and still have fun and helpful suggestions for our stay. If I were to move to Louisville, I would try to get them to rent this place to me long-term.

We travelled to Louisville from Minnesota to visit family. The location was great and the home was awesome. The owners responded quickly to emails and were very accommodating. Parking was always available close to the home. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Louisville.

Perfect vacation rental

My girlfriend and I recently stayed in the home. Very well appointed, comfortable, great location and great owners. Being from Louisville, I was in town visiting family and found this the ideal "decompression zone". Would recommend wholeheartedly and stay again.

Lovin Louisville and this place

I highly recommend both Louisvile the city and this place to stay. A convenient location, a well appointed home in a "shot gun" house and very much a part of the local landscape and a nice residential neighborhood. Easy parking and with in walking distance of much including one of the city's best coffee/bakery places right down the corner. Owners are 2 very nice intelligent, knowledgable and responsive people. I look forward to returning.

Great house in a great neighborhood

We decided to spend a long weekend exploring Louisville, and Greg and Eric's house was a great base for our explorations. The house was very comfortable for the three of us and is in a really fun neighborhood. Just up the block is the Wiltshire Bakery & Cafe, which is a great bakery that we had to visit multiple times. A couple blocks the other way is Baxter Avenue, which is a long strip of bars and restaurants. And it's just a short drive to downtown and the riverfront ... we had a great weekend!
