The villa at the foot of the impressiv Le Morne Brabant Mountain

The Villa covers a surface area of 230 m² with a beautiful exotic garden of 2110 m², with a pool accommodate with sun beds, as well as a BBQ.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with air condition. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is a within a suite. 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The trees and golf course prevent from a sea view, but the beautiful beach of Le Morne on the west coast is accessible by walk in 8 min.

2 maids are at your service (inclusive in the price) for the maintenance of the house, washing, ironing, etc but not for cooking. Arrangement could be made for that purpose with the maid directly against payment.

The kitchen is well equipped. Bedding and towels are provided.

A DVD player, safe, alarm system, TV with Canal Satellite, ADSL and other facilities provided.

Beautiful villa on the West Coast of the Island, with private pool and housemaid. Accommodation for 6 persons.

The villa is on rear side at the foot of Le Morne Brabant Mountain, which is a huge mountain in size with its magnificent forest, and an impressive one by its historical nature, and on front side by the beautiful and calm bay. Villa Alira has been furnished with delicacy by an specialised interior decorator. The Villa is ideal for a couple and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The white sandy beaches of Le morne are only 10mins walk from the Villa.

Golf: The Golf course of the Morne Brabant is in front of the villa.

The beautiful golf course of Bel Ombre, 10 minutes by car.

"Villa de rêve,idéale pour le farniente. Les services y attachés, sont très appréciables, le personnel est accueillant, et notamment le jardinier, fort synpathique. Une petite suggestion : un petit encas froid à titre de bienvenu lors de l'arrivée serait fort apprécié pour ceux qui arrivent après plusieurs heures de transport. Le propriétaire de la maison est une personne absolument charmante qui nous a bien guidé pour rendre notre séjour idyllique. Un grand merci à lui et nos félicitations à son épouse pour son bon de décoratrice."

"Charmante et coquette Villa face à la mer, joliement située. Le bruit de la route est un peu présent mais sans constituer une vraie nuisance. Le gout d''aménagement intérieur, la sympathie du personnel ainsi que la diligence du propriétaire est à l''image de l''île ... Trés agréable."
