The apartment Vistamar is located centrally in Can Picafort, but peacefully in a pure residential area and still only 100 m from the beach with a sea view from the balcony patio. Directly around the corner you will find a supermarket. There are 3 bedrooms available. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the patio. Furthermore, the apartment Vistamar has a kitchen, a bathroom and a living-dining room with a large dining table and a cozy sofa corner and German Sat TV. The balcony patio offers sun up to the early evening. The apartment is also ideal for families with children - the beautiful beach of Can Picafort and the adjacent Bay of Alcudia leave little to be desired. Furthermore, a famous holiday region that fulfills many different needs - from relaxation to sport and nightlife and many shopping facilities and culinary offer.

Northeast of Majorca you will find Can Picafort on the Bay of Alcudia - a well-known, family-friendly resort originating from a fishing village. The city has a long beach promenade with many restaurants and bars. Furthermore, to the Southeast you will find direct connection to the small marina and a small local settlement. The beach of Can Picafort is a slowly deepening beach. The Playa de Muro (in the Bay of Alcudia) with dunes is somewhat wider and more peaceful. Can Picafort is located about 60 km from Palma. The city itself is surrounded by forests and is thus ideal for nature lovers. Those on holiday that want to do sports will find things to do in Can Picafort. On the 10 km beach, almost all water sport options are available. Many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping facilities and offers for recreational activities complete the offer.

Mallorca ist immer eine Reise wert.

Bei der Urlaubsplanung sind wir auf die Ferienwohnung aufmerksam geworden. Die Wohnung wurde nett beschrieben und beim betrachten der eingestellten Bilder haben uns letztlich hierfür entschieden.

Beim ersten Durchgang durch die Wohnung waren wir noch von unserer Entscheidung überzeugt. Dieser Eindruck hielt nicht lange an.

Als Erstes störte uns der unangenehme Geruch. Aus unserer Sicht, lag es an dem gebohnerten Fußboden und der alten Substanz der Wohnung. Durch Lüften konnten wir den Zustand weitestgehend mildern.
Speziell das Bad und die Küche waren alt und unhygienisch. Hier wäre eine Sanierung angebracht. Auch haben wir uns unter dem gemütlichen Sofa etwas anderes vorgestellt. Zuletzt zu erwähnen ist der Fernseher. Hier gab hin und wieder leichte bis häufig Störungen. Speziell unsere Tochter fand das nervig.

Dennoch können wir sagen, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbracht haben. Schließlich kamen wir zum baden und Insel erkunden hierher. Und man muss ja nicht 24 Stunden am Tag in der Wohnung verbringen.

aus unserer Sicht ist ein gebohnerter Fußboden kein Mangel zudem wurde die Wohnung zu Beginn der Saison frisch gestrichen. In der Küche wurden Kühlschrank und Herd ebenfalls dieses Jahr erneuert. Bei Störungen an Geräten oder sonstigen Problemen genügt ein Anruf bei unserem Service Team, welches wir extra für solche Fälle eingerichtet haben und das sich um Ihre Belange kümmert. Schließlich sollte unseres Erachtens bei einer fairen Bewertung das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Lage berücksichtigt werden.

Optimale Lage, für alle was dabei

klasse Appartement, groß und hell, Ausstattung ist zwar nicht Luxus aber ausreichend und die 1a Lage einfach spitze. Wir waren als Familie hier. Es ist sehr ruhig hier, der Supermarkt zu Fuß um die Ecke, und zum Strand und Promenade auch nur ein paar Meter. Wir haben das Frühstück mit Meerblick auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Kids haben hier alles was sie brauchen - von Spielplatz, Strand bis hin zu coolen Ausgehmöglichkeiten und wir damit unsere Ruhe :-)). Can Picafort ist und bleibt unser Lieblingsferienort - die Bucht und der Strand sind klasse.
Buchung war einfach und problemlos, und vor Ort netter Kontakt.
