Guestbook comments from the owner
Those wishing to explore Madrid, this is the best apartment. This is ideally and centrally situated. Depending on the march is to be reached in 15 to 20 min from Atocha trains station. About 10 minutes away you are on the pitch, " Puerta del Sol " and thus it is in the middle of the City. Who brightens on a Sunday there, which is very close to the " El Rastro " (typical flea market). You don't really need a card for the public transport, because everything is ringing within walking distance. The supermarket is just about 100 meters, open 7 days a week.
The apartment is fully equipped and who still need additional info, you can contact the friendly owner, who will give you a solution or tip over the fixed line immediately, at any time. You also get rich and usefull information from the owner.
Since the apartment is accessed via a courtyard , you can enjoy the serenity as the outdoor life doesn't pass through.
Conclusion: I would recommend this apartment.
With a positive attitude the world most probably will smile back at you.
I'm originally from Berlin, passed through New York and Hamburg, and ended up in sunny Spain - first Madrid, now Barcelona. Am trilingual deutsch, english, español.
My interests span from photography, saxophone and yoga to travelling and 24/7 networking - with favourite destinations from TYO, HKG, KIX and BOG to WAW, LON, BCN and BER.
When outside my city, I prefer to stay at private hosts, a stunningly efficient and fun way to connect and personalize one's trip.
The inside is the new outside.
I lived in this apartment for 9 years and recently moved to Barcelona.
With lots of experiences and recommendations up my sleeves, I am now renting out this fabulous 1BR+patio place and want to wish you a pleasant stay.
Telephone calls and WiFi are included in any booking. The vine covered courtyard is at your disposal, to enjoy your favourite beverage after a long day in the city.
