* Sanibel’s most premier condominium complex... Pointe Santo de Sanibel.

*The master bedroom has a very romantic look and features a king-size bed, Flat Panel TV & DVD, an overstuffed chair and ottoman, and a sliding glass door that leads to the lanai. The master bathroom has a dressing area, double marble sink, and a separate shower area.

*The guest bedroom with two beds one queen and one twin has a 25 inch TV/DVD, and it’s own private bathroom.

*The kitchen has been completely upgraded and is equipped with every gadget, appliance, or utensil you will need to prepare your favorite beverage, snacks, or even a complete Holiday meal!

*In the living room you will find a sofa and love seat combination complete with a very comfortable, high quality sofa bed. There is a Plasma Screen TV, DVD,MP3 Docking Station and stereo that you can watch or listen to while eating at the very unique dining room table.

*Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

*Every room is equipped with a ceiling fan, and has very tropical ambiance to put you in that Florida 'state of mind.'

*There are also books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment.

About The Owner

Margie and I have vacationed at many beaches since we were first married. As our family grew we began to look for a wholesome and natural environment to enjoy with the children. We were also looking for a place that offered rest away from traffic and noise, but enough activity to have plenty of fun. It wasn't long until we found Sanibel. The island is a place with everything or nothing to do. It's your choice.

After renting for seven years we decided to take the plunge and buy a place of our own. Our primary goal was to deliver quality that replicated a fine hotel. In addition, we wanted to offer a value that would encourage our guests to return year after year.

Thirteen years later we are still sticking to our original charter. We are certain if you stay at our Island Retreat once you will be back!

We have chosen Sanibel Island as our home away from home because of it's casual elegance, and year round appeal. In the winter the weather is warm and mild. In the summer the tropical breezes, occasional afternoon showers, and warm gulf waters soothes your soul. Spring and Fall are the best kept secret. Low rates, small crowds and some of the most pleasant weather helps you relax, enjoy, and maybe stay two weeks rather than just one.

Pointe Santo's grounds are well maintained by a professional and friendly onsite staff.

The Best Spring Break!...

One of the best spring breaks ever! The condo and resort were everything described to be and more! The decor was very island and included everything needed for a wonderful relaxing week! We especially enjoyed re-acquainting ourselves with the game of Life! Every day ended with a stroll to the beach to watch the sunset- a ritual we could all get used too! The proximity to Bailey's and some of our favorite restaurants made the visit even more enjoyable- and thanks for the Billy's Bike rental tip. We will be back!

We wanted to return to Sanibel were we spent our honeymoon for my birthday. This condo could not have been more perfect. Beautiful condo, spectacular view from lanai, all the comforts of home to make this a perfect vacation. Grounds beautiful, great pool and hot tub. It was very hard to leave.
