The neighborhood is very eclectic. There are modern homes with dirt alleys. Old bungalos with chicken coops. There's a castle a block away. Also, tons of Live Oaks and wild peacocks roaming around near Green Pastures restaurant off of Live Oak. Very quiet neighborhood until SXSW rolls around!
