3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home, fully equipped kitchen, all the linens and towels even pool towels provided, cable TV, 4 kayaks and life jackets are available to use. Parking for your boat trailer, or RV. Plenty of dock space for your boat with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Inside dining area, 3 stools at the counter, dining table seats 6 and outside pool area seats 12.
There are 2 restaurants, an Italian LoBella Nopoli which is 2 blocks from the house and Upper Deck which is on the river with full bar and menu 5 blocks walking distance. Motor boat and pontoon rentals available at the local marinas. Rogers Park a public white sand beach on the river across from the Upper Deck has roped off swimming area, play area for the kids,volleyball, restrooms, and picnic area. Pine Island is a sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico a 5 mile drive down the road. Restaurants in a 3-5 mile drive from the property. All family dining: Bay Port Inn on the water, R-Beach, Brians, BeckyJack's, Breakfast Station. Many more in the area. Grocery and Shopping 3-5 miles. Check in time 3:00 pm / Check out time 11:00 am
We retired here from Michigan 12 years ago after a kayak trip down the Weeki Wachee River the area is just right for us.

The river community is a relaxing and laid back area and if you want the shopping and the activity of the world it's only 5 miles away.
The area is quite, fishing out your back door or watching the manatee play. Plenty of dock space for your boat, swim in the 72 degree year around crystal clear water of the river. The property is a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. See the Bald Eagles and the other sea birds nesting alone the river.
Weeki Wachee State Park: See the Mermaids, take the riverboat ride, water slide and swimming in the park.
Rogers Park: Sandy beach on the blue green water of the Weeki Wachee River, play area, volleyball court, picnic area, boat ramp, restrooms.
Homasasa State Park: A 20 mile ride north, take the riverboat ride on the crystal clear blue green water of the Homasassa River, inside the park incounter the animal life of Florida, bear, otter, Bald Eagles, manatee, and all the fish from fresh and saltwater. Great attraction for young and old.
There are 2 public gulf fishing piers: Bayport Pier and Jenkins Creek Pier and park, both have picnic area, restrooms,and boat ramps.
