Set within the grounds of a listed Grade II manor house, itself within the exquisite downland village of Blewbury , you will find a haven of peace and tranquility, but with every modern amenity at your finger tips.

If you are concerned about your “carbon footprint”, the apartment at Ashbrook Mews is very eco-friendly – all space and water heating is from a geothermal source, and water comes from the apartments own borehole into the chalk below.

Ashbrook Mews 1 comes with its unique character, but does provide;

The apartment is within the conservation area of the beautiful downland village of Blewbury, South Oxfordshire.

Blewbury is equidistant from Oxford to the north, Newbury to the south and Reading to the east – all of these are easily commutable. Blewbury is just to the east of the A34, the major north/south trunk road passing through the middle of England

The high-speed train link to London is only 8 minutes away, and central London can be reached in less than an hour. Heathrow airport is 45 minutes away.

The local towns of Didcot, Abingdon and Wallingford can all be reached within a few minutes, and the apartments are ideally situated for those visiting or working from the Milton Business Park and technology centers, Harwell Campus, Rutherford Lab and the Diamond Light Project

We stayed in Apartment 1 for 5 nights after Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed. The apartment is really nicely fitted out with smeg appliances and a nespresso machine. The shower was fantastic - really powerful and brand new. We have a 1 year old so we stayed in and cooked each night - it was a lovely comfortable place to stay and easily spacious enough for the 3 of us. The location is great for visiting Oxford and the Cotswolds - a car is essential though as it's pretty remote. Highly recommended!

these apartments were exactly what we were looking for, they were spotless and great value in a good location. The customer service was brilliant, if we are visiting Oxford again we would stay here.

Stayed one night here and would definately return and recommend it. Very high standard throughout and even supplied tea, coffee, milk, bread etc. Immaculate. Situated in a beautiful position. Extremely good value for money.Friendly pub 5 mins walk!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
