Enjoy the rocking chair front patio with the view, the private master bedroom patio or the 1,000 sf of outdoor living space complete with eating area, fire place and grill. Master bed is a King with a Queen sleeper, bedrooms 2 and 3 have queens. The 4th bed is actually a separate studio apt. complete with
bath/kitchen/ 2 twins/ queen sleeper. Each bedroom has its own bath. Great home and great location - 5 min from downtown Blowing Rock- restaurants, outlet shopping, ski, golf and App State!! Private road access to the Blue Ridge Parkway for easy access and hiking. Enjoy your stay!!

We love Blowing Rock and the surrounding towns .. the location is what we love and the 100% custom home is our labor of love .. This property is great for entertaining --- the rocking chairs and the outdoor fireplace are a favorite spot! The location is close to restaurants and shopping. There is a private old logging road to access the blue ridge parkway - as well as hiking trails and the Thunder Hill Overlook. Parkway crossing has a common area with pond, stream and picnic table - great for children to enjoy.
Many custom features - The Carriage house- studio - can be used for additional sleeping or entertaining. A two car garage w/ breezeway- and lots of parking at the top of the drive. Great views - wonderful outdoor entertaining area w/ grill/dining/fireplace.
Great Location - in Parkway Crossing - Five minutes from Downtown Blowing Rock, Outlet shops, and Tweetsie Railroad. 6.8 miles to Appalachian State University, 4.3 m i to Appalachian Ski Mtn. There is a private road access to Blue Ridge Parkway and the Appalachian trial. 15 min to Grandfather Vineyard and Winery, 20 min. to Sugar Mtn Ski Resort or Grandfather Mtn.
