We loved your house. It was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals, etc. The house was in a great location.
I will write a review and add some suggestions of places to visit for the next traveler. I will have to go back through our photos to find the names of the locations we visited.

First and Foremost this is a very nice home. We rented it for the month of December 2014. We will come back again.
1. The Owners are wonderful people and very helpful. They gave us a lot of information about the area and the restaurants. 2. The home is beautiful and well decorated 3. The beds are very comfortable 4. The home has an elevator which makes it easy to move large bags up to the living areas 5. The home is very centrally located. You can walk to John Pennkamp Marine Park; you are within 3 miles of all the best restaurants in the upper keys. 6. For those of us who are DIVERS - this home is great with plenty of room to rinse and dry your gear. AND you are only 15 minutes from virtually all of the dive boats. 7. Huge BBQ with plenty of work space for preparing food. 8. The Kitchen is beautiful. 9. Great Patio area for dining 10. Lots of balconies for just relaxing and watching the sunrise or sunset. At Christmas you can sit on the upper balcony and watch the Key Largo Boat Parade - one of the best seats in the area. On New Year’s Eve we watched the Key Largo Fireworks! 11. The area is very safe and great for walking your dog and just taking a morning or evening stroll. (Across the canal is a Monroe County Sheriff). 12.Master Bedroom is huge - covering the entire top floor. 13. Excellent Internet Connectivity (for those of us who have to work during vacation). 14. Well maintained 8 person hot tub. 15. The Air Conditioners work very well, although we opened the doors on either side of the house a lot to just enjoy the breeze.
1. Like any home there is some wear and tear. The outside furniture and decorations have experienced the usual UV damage from the sun. 2. The kitchen is beautiful, but a little under equipped. If you intend to do some serious cooking - bring a professional set of knives and maybe your favorite pot and pan. 3. The kitchen island is beautiful but the top is made of a waved glass which makes it impossible for anything to lay flat (making cookies, cutting anything, carving, etc). 4. Living room is a little small – you can seat 4 or 5 comfortably but no more. Movie night might be challenging.
You should rent this place - it is one of the best in the area.
The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The master suite on the 3rd floor was exceptional with the huge room and bathroom. We grilled downstairs with friends, enjoyed the hot tub and had a wonderful time. We never used the elevator but can see where that would be useful for grandparents, etc.
MY FAMILY AND I SPENT A WEEK AT THIS PROPERTY LAST MONTH, AND IT WAS QUITE POSSIBLY THE BEST VACATION TO THE KEYS WE'VE HAD IN YEARS. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING IN KEY LARGO, AND AT VIRGINIA'S PROPERTY. WE HAVE FREQUENTED ISLAMORADA FOR SEVERAL YEARS, BUT AFTER THIS TRIP, WE WILL BE COMING BACK HERE FROM NOW ON. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS WITHIN A 5 MINUTE DRIVE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF QUALITY RESTAURANTS NEARBY (THIS IS HIT OR MISS IN OTHER AREAS OF THE KEYS). THERE ARE TWO GROCERY STORES, A MARINE MAX, KMART AND ALL THE OTHER STORES YOU MAY NEED ON YOUR VACATION. IF YOU HAVE A BOAT, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. THE HOUSE SITS RIGHT ON A CANAL LESS THEN 5 MINUTES FROM BLACKWATER SOUND. THE SEAWALL AND CALM CANAL WATERS MAKE DOCKING YOUR BOAT A BREEZE. THE HOUSE HAS EVERY AMENITY YOU'LL NEED AND THE VIEWS ARE OUTSTANDING. THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN IS SUPER CONVENIENT AND THE HOT-TUB IS PERFECT. IF YOU CAN'T HAVE A GOOD TIME AT THIS HOUSE, YOU CAN'T HAVE A GOOD TIME ANYWHERE!
Virginia's Beach House..... just a relaxing piece of paradise!
Our family stayed here for our annual family vacation Wow, what an amazing surprise! This lovely home is exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully with personal and warm touches. We truly enjoyed both the interior as well as exterior areas of the home. We started our mornings having our coffee while enjoying the sunrises from the porch and dock. We used the canoe every day to explore the bay, learned how to paddle board, parasailed, fished and did the best snorkeling right under the dock and relaxed for the evening in the Jacuzzi tub. We saw tarpons, mangrove snappers, rays, crabs and shrimps. So peaceful and quiet, perfect spot for star gazing! In the early evenings, we were ready with our delectable glass of wine enjoying the incredible sunsets.
The interior of the home has all the comforts and amenities to feel right at home! The bedrooms have comfortable beds/pillows with nice bedding and linens. The bathrooms are immaculately clean with nice beach and regular towels.The kitchen is well stocked with dining sets, pots and pans and all types of gadgets. The dining room, family room make it a great place to all share great conversation time with comfortable sofas and large sliding glass doors to enjoy the bay view. This house is in a quiet and clean neighborhood with no traffic.
We were welcomed by the owner Virginia, who was extremely accommodating to all our needs. She was very informative about the area, restaurants, attractions and on site activities. Great seafood restaurants, Fish House and Hobo's were our favorite.
We would highly recommend this home and Key Largo to relatives, friends, couples and families with children. Virginia's House provides all the amenities any traveler could hope for. We are definitely visiting again!
We loved the location of the home. Our vacation was spent mainly in and on the water. The home is on a deep water canal a very short ride from a boat landing. Within a minute you are in Blackwater Sound, minutes from the bay and 10 mins from the ocean. The property was very nice. Each level has patios front and back for great outdoor living space. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Key Largo has a very laid back feel which gets you in the vacation mode quickly. Virginia was very responsive with any questions/needs we had. Thank you!
WE HAVE BEEN IN SEVERAL PLACES ON THE KEYS, BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST. I WILL RETURN IF THE OCCASION ARISES, AND WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. CLOSE TO GOOD PLACES, AND PLENTY OF AMMENITIES!!
