What makes this condo unique

5 miles of uncrowded beach, whale watching in Maalaea Bay which is the Humpback Whale calving and breeding grounds during the winter months (November through April) right in front of the property! Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing! The Pacific Whale foundation is a 10 minute walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! Their is a charming local store called 'Tradewinds' 5 minutes by foot, for local meat, fruits and vegetables, liquor. Their fruit cup is a must!

Great location and whale watching!

A modern and beautiful condo in a central location of Maui. Easy to access all cities and sights. GREAT whale watching right outside the condo. We can highly recommend taking a boat for whale watching and then sit on the lanai and look for signs of whales! Recommended!

This condo is one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had. The furnishings are comfortable (and in excellent condition), the kitchen is very well equipped, the location on island is convenient to everything and the views are outstanding! The owners have ensured that there is plenty of space available in closets, drawers and kitchen cabinets, so that clothing, food and personal items can be stored. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return on our next visit to Maui!

Everything was great.

Our family are regulars to Maui we love it. We perfer to book with Staphanie when possible as we know

We will be more then comfortable with clean well equipped condos Staphanie never disappoints us.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in 204 remodelled ocean front felt like we were on the ocean.

Walk on the beach in the morning dinner on the lani. Central to all Maui has to offer.

We will be back soon.

Had an amazing time staying here. Make sure to make the trip to Hana for some great hikes and to see some amazing waterfalls. The best place we have stayed at!

We love Maalaea and this place is the best place we have stayed at. Whales in the morning from the lanai, does it get any better than that? Make sure you go to Stella Blues, Cafe O'lei, and our fav 808 Deli/Bistro and Fat Daddy's Smoke House in Kihei. Mike, Cheryl, Larry, Anne (Yukon Canada)
