Situated just 30 meters from Malvarrosa beach, this beautiful modern villa is unique: it offers a fantastic beach-front location while is only a few kilometres of the historical centre of Valencia city. Located just to the north of Valencia’s Port, Malvarrosa beach offers guests nearly 3 kilometres of clean white sand and crystal blue waters. The surrounding area was historically occupied by fishermen and it is currently home to a number of modern developments, offering guests a wide choice of restaurants and cafes. Valencia itself is a vibrant city full of history and culture, from the classic architecture and lively marketplace in the Cathedral quarter to the narrow streets of El Carmen or the ultra-modern City of the Arts and Sciences.
There are many restaurants and cafeterias in the Malvarrosa beach-walk where you can have “tapas” by the sandy beach. A famous restaurant specialized in paellas and Valencia rice is located just 20 meters from the villa walking to your left (Casa Carmela). There are many other restaurants specialized in paellas at Paseo Neptuno (500 meters from the villa walking to the right): La Pepica, La Rosa, El Coso, El Estimat, La Muñeca, etc.
The villa is very close to Blasco Ibañez Museum: Blasco Ibañez was an important politician and writer. He lived in a villa 20 meters from the Malvarrosa Family House and this building is currently a museum worth visiting. Blasco Ibañez was good friend of Joaquin Sorolla, a famous Valencia painter: they met many times at Malvarrosa beach: Blasco Ibañez thinking about his books and Sorolla taking sketches for his paintings.
