This newly remodeled condo has two remodeled bathrooms with granite countertops and new fixtures, two bedrooms both with brand new bedding, a living room with a brand new flat screen TV, a dining room that is comfortable for seven and a kitchen with brand new countertops. With a great location to everything, you can walk the short one block to the restaurants and shops; and in the winter, jump across the street to the new gondola which will take you up to the base of Peak 8. Hot tubs are on-site so you can soak after a long day skiing or biking; and during the summer, you can sit by the pool and enjoy the warmth of the sun in the quiet Ski Hill community. This large condominium gracefully integrates the alpine motif and Rocky Mountain style with the modern conveniences and comforts of home. During the winter season, the Sawmill Ski Run ends across the street, providing a quick walk to your lodging and making the end of the day mountain experience near at hand. As for the beginning of the day, take advantage of the gondola across the street.
