A beautiful two bedroom townhome – which sleeps up to seven – and has a spacious deck and private hot tub as well as proximity to all that Breckenridge has to offer! Kingdom 830 is a spacious and cozy townhome that sits right next to Breckenridge’s recreational center with a large sun drenched, south-facing deck and private hot tub. It is just north of town with proximity to both Main Street and the slopes, and is only steps away from groceries, the bus stop, bike path, gondola and the Blue River. It also has a wonderful backyard and setting. The townhome comes equipped with exactly what you need to have a comfortable Breckenridge escape. All furniture is brand new in this home! The kitchen is full-sized and has seating for two at the eat-in counter and there is also an adjacent dining room with a table to seat up to four additional guests. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a gas fireplace with a mounted 42” flatscreen TV above that has cable and a Blu-ray player. There is seating in the living room for five with two leather couches. Walk up the carpeted stairs to the two bedrooms which both have brand new Posturepedic Cushion Firm Euro Pillowtop mattresses and bedding. The master suite has a king-sized bed, 32” HDTV with cable, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with single vanity and Jacuzzi tub with shower combo. The second bedroom is nearly as comfortable as the master suite! It has a queen-sized bed, 32” flatscreen TV with cable and a bathroom right next door with single vanity and shower/tub combo. As stated earlier, the bedrooms also have all brand new furniture! Additional sleeping accommodations in this private townhome include a queen-sized sleeper sofa for two located on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find a twin-sized sleeper ottoman on the landing. This property also has a front porch and stackable washer and dryer on the second level for your convenience. Great condo for location and price! Beds very comfortable and private hot tub a terrific way to end the day. Close to all the Breckenridge amenities, including golf. Just a short drive to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Condo stocked very well and spot to park just steps away from your front door. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
Ours was a summertime trip - This is a quiet location, comfortable and convenient to major grocery store. We enjoyed the accommodations fully including the spa (which would be great in the winter too). The parking access, right in front of the door, and the location away from any busy street traffic was just right for us. We will be back.
This is really the perfect location to stay unless you pitch a tent at the bottom of the lift. The condo was exactly as described. Ease of getting to and privacy combination not easily found for twice the rate.
