LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It sits at the pinnacle of it all in Breckenridge. Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.
AMENITIES – Enjoy afternoons and evenings on the balcony with views of the mountains, plus your own gas grill. The family room includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD stereo and Italian leather furniture including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen and dining rooms are open to each other and are equipped with high end stainless steel appliances and seating for seven at the breakfast bar. After a long day of skiing, relax in the two on-site outdoor hot tubs or walk to the Upper Village outdoor heated swimming pool that this unit has access to.

We stayed for two nights. The condo was perfect for our 3 adults. We couldn't believe how many extras came with the condo - washer/dryer (with soap), tons of kitchen appliances (more than we have at home), plenty of bedding and towels. The location was great - one block from downtown, yet still plenty quiet for a relaxing stay. The deck was very nice, with a natural gas grill for cooking. The deck wasn't as big as the pictures make it look, but it had nice shade and overlooked several pine trees and a fairly quiet street. We'll be back. Choose this condo if you want to be pleasantly surprised. And the service from visitbreck was very friendly and helpful. They were fantastic with all of our questions, and with a slightly early check-in. Our only complaint was that the carpet in the living area was stained - but that comes with the rental experience, sometimes.
This condo was even prettier in person than in the pictures. It was well-equipt, warm, and inviting. Everything worked well, the kitchen had high-end appliances. The washing machine and dryer in the master bathroom were large enough for all our clothes. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The two bathrooms were equally nice, with beautiful tiling and granite sink countertops. I loved the tiling job in the high-end shower so much that I hope to use their great design in my next bathroom re-do. We loved the vaulted ceiling as well. Overall, we spent far more time in this condo than we had anticipated, simply because it was so nice.
In addition, the perfect outdoor hot tub was appreciated, although it was a long run to the condo afterward. We also appreciated the sleds in the outdoor shed (one sled cracked and then broke when we used it, but we left the 2 we bought for the next renters) which were great fun at Carter Park. The towels were warm and fluffy too- lots of pillows and bedding.
The teenagers found the mattresses in their room to be less supportive than they would have liked, but we found the King-size bed very comfortable. The fireplace is on a thermostat and can keep the place quite warm, so we would not recommend turning the room thermostats on any higher than maybe 60 as they cranked out the heat and took a long time to return to a reasonable temperature. The games and videos in the cabinet by the refrigerator were great and appreciated. And the location is perfect- we were basically in town. The bus stops are right there and main street is a 2-minute walk. Loved the location! This is a beautiful condo and we would love to return in the future.
Finally, we normally do not pay much attention to the rental company where we rent, but were extremely impressed with Visit Breck! They were attentive, helpful, and kind… from letting us in the condo early, to be organized and efficient, to sharing their mobile app, to printing our return boarding passes for us, to sending emails throughout our stay asking to help if needed- we were extremely impressed with Visit Breck and will seek them out in the future for our next reservations. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, problem-free, and a better vacation rental experience than we could have dreamed. Thank you for making our White Christmas awesome!
The unit is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The problem was the upkeep. The TV was not set up so we had no cable/satellite for the 1st day. My husband had to reset the service on the TV from an apparent power outage. There was a note on the thermostat saying do not turn on in the family room but the fireplace did not work. So the room was cold in the morning and the evening. The back sliding glass door did not lock and the remote control batteries were dead. We did call maintenance but he said that the valve was broken on the fireplace so we could not use it and the back door needed a new handle so it could not be fixed while we were there. I would stay in this unit again because it is so nice and clean. I would just hope that the property management keeps track of this unit better in the future.
We had a wonderful time while staying in Breckenridge! The size was perfect for 2 families and we couldn't ask for a better location!
We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge and the condo was perfect! All the comforts of home. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable too. We all really enjoyed the sauna and rainfall shower head! It was a great location and easy to walk to everything.
