This platinum first floor Park Place condominium has been completely remodeled and is one of the most popular in-town condos. Ideally located in the heart of town for skiing and après-ski time, and loaded with all new high-end amenities – heated travertine floors and granite slab countertops, just to name a few!
LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It sits at the pinnacle of it all in Breckenridge. Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.
AMENITIES – The family room has new furniture, a large flat screen TV, DVD player + DVD library, sound system, sleeper sofa and a gorgeous gas log fireplace. This condo has a beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances accompanied by a dining room with seating for eleven. The master bedroom suite features a queen-size aspen log bed, flat screen TV and a separate vanity/shower room with a private washer and dryer. The second bedroom suite features a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed, TV with DVD player and separate vanity/tub (shower) room. One must not forget about the two on-site hot tubs, as well as access to the offsite heated swimming pool and additional hot tubs at the Upper Village.

From the minute we arrived and were greeted by the front desk manager it was a great experience. The condo is really nice, modern, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the temperature controls are great. Each section of the condo has it's own controls so you can set them as you wish. The location is great, just a few feet from the blue river, main street and the 4 o'clock ski run (for mountain climbing)
WOW - what a find! Everything from the beginning to the end was better than expected.
The location is PERFECT. After we arrived, we parked and walked everywhere! It is the ideal location for going to Main Street for a bite to eat, some shopping, or happy hour. As we stayed during mud season, we didn't go skiing, so we spent our time in beautiful downtown Breck! The condo is laid out beautifully and has more than we needed. Some helpful items for those staying longer than we were able to - a washer/dryer in the unit and a very well stocked kitchen! The layout is perfect and beautiful. We even found a few fun board games for our kids and a deck of cards for us!
And I can't fail to mention... the HEATED tile floors! Absolute HEAVEN on those chilly nights and mornings!!!

We booked our stay through VisitBreck. This was the first time we used this group. From the beginning, Katie was UNBELIEVABLY helpful! She found us the perfect property for our family. Check-in after hours was flawless, as was check-out. During our stay, we received an email asking if all was as expected and if we needed help finding restaurants, activities, etc. What a pleasant surprise!
Will we stay in this condo again? We hope so! Will we use VisitBreck again. ABSOLUTELY!!!
