This quality development enjoys a select,mature,international ambience and although peacefully located has an excellent variety of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.   • RENTAL TERMS :- Based on 4 person occupancy.
    DEPOSITS:- 7 day rental £250
    More than 7 days £400
    The BALANCE is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking whichever is sooner.
    CANCELLATIONS:- Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed through your travel insurance.
  • DISCOUNTS for COUPLES:- Normally no reductions can be made for parties of less than 4 however, a reduction of £50 per week will be available for 2 person occupancy between November and Easter except for school holiday periods.
  • WITH CLIENTS TRAVELLING NOW ON MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK, EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ADJUST DATES/ DAYS TO ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL PLANS.
    ALTHOUGH RENTAL CHARGES ARE PUBLISHED BY THE WEEK IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO REQUEST ANY NUMBER OF DAYS WHICH WILL BE CHARGED ON A DAILY BASIS, APPROPRIATE TO THAT PARTICULAR WEEKLY RATE.

    TOWELS NORMALLY TO BE PROVIDED BY CLIENTS. HOWEVER, IF REQESTED OUR AGENT CAN SUPPLY AT ADDITIONAL COST WHICH IS CURRENTLY 7 EUROS PER PERSON, PER WEEK.

Notes: This well-equipped, tastefully presented apartment is furnished in traditional Spanish style and has been extensively refurbished in the recent past. The spacious double-fronted second floor property (lift) opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea, impressive swimming pool and gardens below and would be classed as providing 4 Star accommodation in the UK. The balcony is large enough to accommodate both al fresco dining and sun lounging. The front bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom and has direct access to the balcony whilst the other has its own en-suite facilities affording privacy to couples holidaying together. Santa Ponsa: Is a pleasant, medium sized resort situated in the hilly pine-clad south-west corner of Mallorca approximately 12 miles from the capital Palma. It has developed around an attractive U-shaped bay,but unlike many Spanish resorts is not dominated by high-rise hotels. Instead, it has concentrated more on the self-catering holidaymaker and although lively during the peak season never becomes overcrowded making it perfect for families and couples of all ages looking to relax.

Resort Facilities : Include a good beach with excellent bathing, watersports and a windsurfing school. * A plentiful and varied selection of bars,restaurants and discos. * Live music and entertainment in the hotels and main square in the summer months. * Superb golf courses. * A picturesque yachting marina. * Excellent shopping with supermarkets,local food shops, boutiques and souvenir shops. * Interesting walks with superb coastal views. * Numerous car hire firms. * Regular bus services to other resorts along this coastline.

Winter Months: Although quieter during the winter months Santa Ponsa always has something to offer the holidaymaker.A good selection of shops, restaurants,and bars remain open and the resort provides an excellent base from which to explore this lovely island. As the apartment block faces due south it enjoys many hours of sunshine during the average winter which makes it very pleasant to dine on the terrace 'al fresco'although the temperature may drop sharply as the sun goes down. Often it is unnecessary to require supplementary heating because the sun warms the apartment up during the day but if needed adequate heating is available.

We had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was superb. It was clean and well maintained, in a good location with a large balacony overlooking the bay.
The owners delivered excellent customer service and provided a really useful information pack. I would certainly recommend this to family and friends and I'm certain we'll be back in the future.

we stayed here in june and would like to say that this is the best apartment location wise that we have ever stayed in, the apartment was very clean and comes with everything you need apart from towels as you have to take your own which is a bit of a pain due to luggage restriction etc. the balcony is fab as its really big with a sitting area and a dining area we too didnt use the lounge as it wasnt needed, the only downside was the sunbeds, in need of an update as they were very old and heavy apart from this a lovely place to stay for all nothing nicer than sitting with a glass of wine watching the jet skiers early evening. Just to point out we ate at manolos which is left out the back of the apartments and up the hill they were soooo friendly and the food was excellent worth a visit thanks to the blacks for providing what they advertize kim alam& family
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The client's comments with regard to the sunbeds are a little misleading. In fact, 2 of our 4 sunbeds are fairly recent top quality purchases whilst the other older, heavier models will be replaced next year as part of a rolling programme of renewal and reinvestment. However, sunbeds apart, we are delighted that the family had such an enjoyable holiday experience staying at our apartment

Having once owned an apartment in Mallorca I knew the location, so that was a good start. On making initial contact it was soon clear that the owners were friendly and keen to help in all matters.
The apartment is delightful with lovely views of the sea and opposite coastline. As we now live in an apartment over the sea we felt completerly at home. Local restaurants are varied and the staff most helpful as is the concierge should you need assistance. We can recommend this to discerning holiday makers.

An excellent apartment with wonderful views from the balcony. The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.
There was four of us in our party, my husband is blind and our two boys aged 3 and 9 are both partially sighted, hence holidays can be quite stressful affairs. However this was the most relaxing holiday we have had in years and my husband found the apartment easy to get around. It was lovely to be able to sit on the large balcony looking out to sea and watching the world go by.
The only problem we did encounter was trying to walk along the seafront to the beach, the path does get quite uneven and narrow in places and I would not recommend walking this way for anyone with mobility problems. However the walk to the beach down the street although on a slight hill is very easy even with a pushchair.
The owners were very informative and gave an excellent service and we are hoping to return in October. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

Wonderful time in Santa Ponsa

My husband, myself and our 2 children had a perfect vacation thanks to the very comfortable accomodations. The apartment contained everything we needed to feel right at home, the beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We never used the living room or dining table as there is a sitting and a dining area on the balcony. The pool is extra large and very clean, but if you prefer the sea, it's only a few steps further. One added plus, the neighbors in the building and the building caretaker are very friendly. We are already planning a return visit.
