This a studio unit has new cabinets and new granite countertops kitchen installed Dec 2013. This unit has extra tall ceilings and a queen size wall bed that folds up into a book case for extra living space.
Historic and reference books are in the book case for your use.
The tall ceilings are only in the 6th floor units. Unit 626 is at the 505 Market Place end of the hallway. We have one flat screen television, CD player and internet. Other than the Penthouses this is the top floor and has a commanding mountain view from above the palm trees. The bathtub/shower and toilet are separate from the bathroom vanity. This provides extra privacy. Each floor has a coin operated washer and dryers for your convenience. The pretty lobby also has a small book loaning cabinet. The building has elevators, front desk, activity concierge and is built on 3.3 beachfront acres. The bus stop is next door or as owners we can arrange discounted pay parking.
Lahaina Shores is the only hotel in Lahaina that is right on the beach. Walking distance to the Halloween festivities.
Our unit has extra tall ceilings, queen wall bed and computer.
There is a good selection of reference books and some CD's.
There is a light with fan in the living area.
The central air conditioning has a control in the unit.

There is an outdoor table on the lanai and one cushioned lounge chair with foot stool.
Lahaina Shores was built as a resort and not a conversion. The developer also built the quaint shopping and dining complex next door to add extra convenience to Lahaina Shores Resort.
From Lahaina Shores pool area the view is of the beach with the island of Kooholawe, Lanai and Molokai in the background.
This building is a cement structure.
You can walk to all the events of historic Lahaina.
The unit has central air conditioning with a control in the unit.
There is an overhead fan in the living area.

West Maui has been my home for over 20 years. I moved here when I was laid off from a travel and tour company. We used to package airline, car and condos in Hawaii, Mexico and Europe. Lahaina Shores was just one of the condos we packaged and sold to your travel agents. Before that I did data entry for Wardair Canada and taught ice skating. After moving to Lahaina I did tour reservations and then managed Lahaina Visitors Center and museum store.

We live two blocks from Lahaina Shores in a house. I currently serve on a board for the County of Maui.

I have lived in so many condos and homes in West Maui that I have a check list of my preferences. We always got a good response from clients that stayed in this building and they come back to Lahaina Shores. The management company did a wonderful upgrade of the lobby and grounds. It is walking distance from our house. I like cement buildings for their heat and sound insulation. Easy parking discount parking. You could stay here and not rent a car.
The 6th floor units have extra tall ceilings and a soaring view of the West Maui mountains.
Good security and friendly staff.

The Best Weather on the Planet.
Maui is famous for it's micro climates. This spot gets half the annual rainfall that North Kaanapali gets and very little wind. We get 1/4 of the rainfall that Napili and Kapalua receive.
