The hosting plan includes top floor, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, master bedroom with balcony with sea views, a bathroom. Central part of the house, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry room, large terrace with table 6 chairs, 2 loungers, umbrellas and a beautiful garden with shower, the back of the house has a large garden for a great celebration and a private garage . Ground floor 2 bedrooms, living room. Community pool, 2 outdoor whirlpools. The complex is in very good conditions of safety and cleanliness.

A wonderful house in a nice area of Gran Canaria

We are two Swedish families with teens who rented this wonderful house in Meloneras 10 days in April 2013. When we got to the house we were met by our friendly host, Miqeul. A fully equipped house that was big enough for 8 adults. A lovely terrace with plenty of room for all of us. Close to the main pool with many sun loungers and parasols. A walk of about 15 minutes to Maspalomas sand dunes and 5 minutes to a Meloneras own beach and nice restaurants. A large shopping center with a very good supermarket are located 2,5 km away. If you do not want to walk, a taxi costs only about 3-4 euros so we managed fine without a car. We are very satisfied with our wonderful and holiday. We will gladly return
