From Scario there are public fishing boats which provide a good shuttle service at a very low price, to some of the most beautiful and secluded beaches of the area as well as to the magnificent natural bay of the “Infreschi”.

The region of Campania: ISPANI is a rural village about 8 km from Sapri, which is in turn some 150km South of Salerno. The property is located in the centre of Ispani, a small town on the hills of the Cilento. It lies on the borders between Campania, Calabria and Basilicata.
The area, known as the “Basso Cilento” is famous for its nature, the beauty of its coast-line and its inland mountains. The “Cilento and the Vallo di Diano National Park” is a large area that includes part of the Tyrrhenian coast and stretches inland to the Alburni Mountains.
The flat is situated in the heart of the village about a mile from the sea and boasts a magnificent view over the whole of the Gulf of Policastro. Just below Ispani, about 8 min away there are a number of beaches, north and south along the coast.
Most beaches are free of charge and directly accessible at many points by car.
The climate is ideal: mild during the winter and of course, hot in summer.
