I have been coming to sanibel for 30 years. We started taking our kids here about 5 years ago and decided to buy a place that we could call 'ours'. We wanted to be on the private side of Bowman's Beach and found this little gem one day. We bought it mid January 2013 and started renovations in April. We gutted it and redid it. Renovations were finished late November 2013.
