The main level has over 1,500 sqf of living area so one does not feel cramped as in most smaller units. A large Linea with wonderful gulf views. A spiral staircase leads down to your own private cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach. Newly remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless appliances and fully equipped with nearly everything you need to prepare gourmet meals at home. The newly renovated bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled floors. Equipped with drapes and plantation shutters throughout for privacy. New flat screen TVs in every room. New tile floors in the living are and kitchen plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Large Master bedroom with a picturesque view of the courtyard pond and gardens. This unit also has a Pak'n'play for the infant you may bring with you. Unlimited long distance calling to continental USA and Canada!

Please note: From December 20 to April 20, Rentals are from Saturday until Saturday. From January 10 to February 1, a guest can stay less than seven days and four or more but needs to be between Saturday to Saturday

Why Peter chose Sanibel Island

I was looking for a place to spend away from the Minnesota winters. I am not comfortable with high rise developments and this building has only four levels with apartments on three of them and parking on the first level. I also wanted a place with an elevator, below building parking and easy access to the beach and pool area.

What makes this condo unique

A spiral staircase inside my Linea leads to the first level and to my private screened in cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach.

Girls' Weekend

What a fantastic condo on the beautiful white sands beach of Sanibel! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, to be together or to have privacy. TVs abound, kitchen fully stocked, sunrises on cue from the large screened in deck. Best location on the east side of the island - close to most all restaurants, shops and rentals. Try the segways from Billy's Rentals - great 90 minute tour. Walk on the beach to the Sundial tiki bar or restaurant while shelling!

Great Vacation Rental

Our first time visiting Sanibel. This condo was just perfect for our family, we met our kids & grandchildren here. Equipped with everything we needed to accommodate small children. Peter even shipped to us a table top high chair for our 5 1/2 month old granddaughter. Loved the salt water pool & the white sand beach loaded with shells just a few steps away. Great places to eat, awesome bike trails with beautiful scenery. Thank you Peter for sharing your beautiful Sanible home with us! We will definitely be back!

Superb Condo!

I have been visiting Sanibel Island for many years and almost always stay at Sundial. Our first time in this unit (R202) was over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was wonderful! The unit is tastefully decorated, well appointed and very clean. It has condo access from the main level, which was very convenient when returning from (or heading to) the pool or beach. Many amenities abound as well. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. Large condo has plenty of space. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect rental for visiting Sanibel Island!

We have been visiting Sanibel since 1983 and have stayed at Sundial numerous times. This unit was perfection! I am very particular and the unit met my high standards. It was totally spotless, clean fridge, shining floors, fresh towels in the bathroom, wonderful linens on the beds, and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of space for eating both in the dining room and on the screened in porches. There was easy access to the outside via the circular staircase to the first floor. We so appreciated the availability and variety of all the beach and pool toys in the downstairs storage for adults and children. The pool was cleaned daily and so private! And of course, the easy access to the beach was ideal. We took a ride on the Sanibel Thriller, a boat that gave us a tour of the islands and (according to the captain) about 100 dolphins played in the wake of our boat that day. The shopping on the island is fabulous and the food in the restaurants is so delicious, lots of varieties to choose from. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us!

Great stay at this wonderful condo!

We loved our stay at this condo in Sanibel!

This was our first trip to Sanibel. We wanted a place on the beach, with a pool, and close to the restaurants and shops. This condo was perfect. It was very clean and has been newly renovated with all modern conveniences. We did not spend a lot of time here though, as we were out exploring the great island. The kayaking is great at the Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve. The public beaches are nice also, especially Bowman's. And there are tons of restaurants a short drive or bike ride away. We wanted to check out the amenities at Sundial but we were too busy elsewhere. The owner, Peter, was very nice and easy to work with (Thanks again Peter). The rate was good compared to other options. We hope to return soon.

Sparkling clean, very comfortable!

We have stayed several times on Sanibel, though we haven't stayed at Sundial for many years. We were very pleased with this condo! It was immaculately clean in each and every room. The king bed as well as the twin beds were very comfortable (as we have gotten older a supportive yet cushiony mattress has become more important, and we slept very well here). The kitchen was well done, with enough space to move around but everything within a few steps reach. It was very nice to have two sitting areas, so the kids could watch something or play in the den with the pocket doors closed while the adults were in the living room. It was very quiet the whole week, and the pool and beach had only a few other folks around. Peter was excellent to work with, and our booking and check in went smoothly. The rate in the low season is really a deal compared to other condos/locations. Sanibel is one of the best beaches we've been to, and this condo was wonderful!
