New tile floors in the living are and kitchen plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Large Master bedroom with a picturesque view of the courtyard pond and gardens. I currently live in Minnesota and also live part time in Paris France. I have a business and a great staff that allows me the opportunity to travel.

Peter purchased this condo in 2013

I was looking for a place to spend away from the Minnesota winters. I am not comfortable with high rise developments and this building has only four levels with apartments on three of them and parking on the first level. I also wanted a place with an elevator, below building parking and easy access to the beach and pool area.

A spiral staircase inside my Linea leads to the first level and to my private screened in cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach.

What a fantastic condo on the beautiful white sands beach of Sanibel! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, to be together or to have privacy. TVs abound, kitchen fully stocked, sunrises on cue from the large screened in deck. Best location on the east side of the island - close to most all restaurants, shops and rentals. Try the segways from Billy's Rentals - great 90 minute tour. Walk on the beach to the Sundial tiki bar or restaurant while shelling!

Very Comfortable and all the amenities

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this Condo which is privately owned at Sundial. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. We were able to cook, do laundry and have plenty of fun! I am handicapped and the master bath is very accessible with grab bars in the shower and a shower chair. The balcony is very nice to watch the sun rise and enjoy your coffee. The view over looks the pool and pond, where we saw lot of birds and turtles feeding. During the day we rented a beach wheelchair and enjoyed the beach and lots of shelling. My husband rented a bike and we were able to ride over to the tiki bar for "Happy Hour". Both the beach wheelchair and bikes can be rented from Billy's Rentals delivered right to our condo. The condo has covered parking and a lani downstairs for your beach chairs, etc. I would recommend this unit for a family to come and relax and enjoy the ocean! There is plenty of room to spread out. We hope to be back soon!
