All our properties are extremely comfortable, warm, well furnished and fully equipped to make your holiday experience a very enjoyable one, which we hope you will want to repeat. All prices are inclusive of bed linen, heating, electricity and wi-fi access, towels are not provided but can be hired.
The Cottage is our largest property and it caters for up to 8 people in comfort. It has a commanding position on the Loch side, again facing south, enjoy the same magnificent enviable views. We offer a discount in the cottage if there are 4 people or less staying (excludes July & August). The Cottage is in a fantastic setting in its own grounds looking out over Loch Leven.
It has 4 bedrooms 2 double (1 ensuite), 2 twin bedrooms . Lots of storage and sleeps 8 comfortably, also loads of space if there are less than 8. A very quiet location with very little traffic.
There is a ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower, 2nd shower room and third toilet and and wash hand basin.
The cottage is spacious, airy and has very comfortable furnishings. Bed linen, heating, electricity and wi-fi are all included in the price. The living/dining room has a spectacular views of the Loch and Glencoe Mountains. It is equipped with storage/convector heaters, CD player, Freeview TV and DVD player. There is also a selection of CD's, DVD's and games for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, all the equipment expected in a modern kitchen. There is a separate utility room with a freezer and washing machine.
The Lodge is fully equipped for 4 people and sits in an elevated position in a quiet corner of the site. It is south facing and enjoys a panoramic view over Loch Leven and the Pap of Glencoe. It is situated in a natural environment, rich in flora, fauna and wildlife, a stones throw from a safe beach.
The Lodge has 2 bedrooms fully equipped to sleep up to 4 people, it has one double bedroom with king size bed and one twin bunk room, bottom bed is a double and top bed is a single. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space. Bed linen, heating, electricity and wi-fi access are all included in the price.
The bathroom has wash hand basin, toilet, bath with overhead shower and a large utility cupboard containing iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and all the amenities you would expect in a modern kitchen. Electric oven & hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
There is a laundrette available for use.
The spacious living/dining room, equipped with panel convector heaters, log effect fire with fan convector, Freeview T.V., DVD and C.D. player.
The Chalet is fully equipped to cater for up to 4 people and as with all our properties is quality graded 3 star by Visit Scotland, it has fantastic views of Loch Leven and the mountains of Glencoe, which can be enjoyed on the full length balcony.
The bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) are well furnished and have walk in wardrobe and drawer space and a panel heater. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for your arrival.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath, a wash hand basin and a toilet. Towels are not provided but can be hired for £3 per set.

A spacious lounge with dining area boasts large patio doors to the covered veranda from where the magnificent scenery can be enjoyed. Equipped with a storage heater with optional convector and log effect electric fire, you will be cosy whatever the Scottish weather. Freeview TV, DVD player and stereo are provided. There is also a selection of CD's, DVD's and games in each chalet for your entertainment.
The Kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and 4 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, vacuum cleaner, toaster, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual equipment expected in a fully functional kitchen. There is plenty of cupboard space and a large larder to accommodate enough provisions for at least one week or more.

We do our bit to recycle as much waste as is practical and minimise our use of fuel, water and sewage waste.

We are a small family run business and want you to have a fantastic holiday in our accommodation, we have tried to make them as comfortable and homely as possible. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
Wildlife: Around the accommodation you will be living with many neighbours. They were here long before self catering accommodation was sensitively constructed on the site.
They range from flora and fauna of many kinds, orchids and grasses to fungi and litchen.
There are over 30 varieties of birds. Eagles soar above the high ridge behind the site and many garden birds feed on our nut feeders and nest in the boxes provided around the site.
Mammals as large as Red Deer to the small Pipistrelle Bat occupy the area and we have a resident family of Pine Martens who like to be fed anything sweet, bread and jam being a favourite!! Red Squirrels also make a recurring appearance quite often stealing the bird nuts, no greys here yet!!!!
Reptiles such as common lizards, slow worms, frogs, newts keep home in the burns and warm wet grass around the edge of the site. We are also graced with butterflies and bumble
Out & About: Next to our accommodation we have Loch Leven Seafood Café only 10 min walk away, which offers the freshest seafood cooked by an award winning chef at very competitive prices. What more could you ask for!!
If seafood isn’t your thing they also do various non fish options or if you fancy something more traditional there is The Mac Donald Hotel in Kinlochleven which has a wide range of good home cooked meals in the bar or restaurant, only 5 miles away you can drive or get a taxi. If it is just coffee and CAKE you are after Glencoe Cafe in Glencoe is the perfect pit stop for this, all home baking, you can’t resist!
If all this fresh air is too much or the weather is not too good (hard to believe in Scotland), there are many indoor options.
You can visit the Whiskey Distillery in Fort William or Oban, Ten Pin bowling in Fort William, Lochaber lesuire centre & pool in Fort William and many other activities.
